Yidris has arrived from the Maelstrom, and he's brought all his Wizard friends!

I decided to build Yidris as a Wizard tribal deck, mostly because I always want to cast whatever I cascade into, and getting out wizards like Ertai, Azami, and Glen Elendra Archmage gives you access to activated abilities that will function as an extension of your hand.

This is the deck's path to victory:

---------------Protect Yidris--------------- Bear Umbra, Homeward Path, and Steely Resolve serve this function, along with the staples Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots, and Whispersilk Cloak.

---------------Stack our deck--------------- Cream of the Crop, Scroll Rack, Oracle of Mul Daya and Sensei's Divining Top all allow us to stack the top of our deck, as do the Theros Block Scry lands.

---------------Sneak in for damage--------------- Artful Dodge is a recurrable one-off that we're fine cascading into our graveyard for later.

Rogue's Passage and Whispersilk Cloak are classics.

Sun Quan, Lord of Wu, Archetype of Imagination, Dauthi Embrace, and Dauthi Trapper are all fun, outside-the-box ways of making Yidris virtually unblockable.

Finally, Aqueous Form, which also gives us a look at the top of our library.

---------------Double-up on Yidris's trigger--------------- Berserkers' Onslaught and Blood Mist both give Yidris double-strike, while Strionic Resonator lets us duplicate Yidris's trigger for the low cost of 2 mana.

Finally, we have Aggravated Assault. Alone, it can give you one or two extra combats, but it's really in here for Aggravated Assault + Bear Umbra . Assuming you have at least 6 mana in lands, and assuming the path is clear for Yidris to attack, this gives you infinite mana and infinite cascade triggers.

---------------CASCADE!!!!---------------

Ancestral Vision and Lotus Bloom function as Ancestral Recall and Black Lotus when you cascade into them.

Cost reducers like Animar, Soul of Elements, Rakdos, Lord of Riots, and Stonybrook Banneret help us maximize the value of each Cascade trigger.

Dream Halls goes a step further, allowing you to cast cards from your hand for free.

Since Kindred Dominance misses most of the creatures in this deck, you can cast it off Cascade without losing your board. Otherwise, Oblivion Stone, Nevinyrral's Disk, and Pernicious Deed are board-wipes that we can play off Cascade and hold up for when we really need them.
