Drift of Phantasms , Inventors' Fair , Long-Term Plans , Muddle the Mixture , Mystical Tutor , Tolaria West , Trinket Mage , Vedalken AEthermage , Fabricate , Merchant Scroll , and Expedition Map help me find things. I have taken painstaking efforts to make sure as many combo pieces meet the conditions to be found by one or more of these. and in some fun cases these tutors can nest such as using Muddle the Mixture to find Vedalken AEthermage in case a wizard I have can answer the board state.
This deck requires hand fixing. Library of Leng , Reliquary Tower , and Venser's Journal fix my hand to unlimited. Each tutor can help in this. Tolaria West , or Expedition Map can find Reliquary Tower , and Trinket Mage can find Library of Leng And if I am really hard pressed I could use Vedalken AEthermage or Drift of Phantasms to find Trinket Mage so i can still get Library of Leng . Don't have Muddle the Mixture try tutoring with Mystical Tutor . And it feels like such a waste but if necessary Inventors' Fair , or Fabricate can find either Library of Leng , or Venser's Journal making the odds of drawing a card that enables unlimited hand by the opening hand + first draw a staggering 64%. Not too shabby. Sure I could bring up Long-Term Plans but I try to avoid using it till I have Arcanis the Omnipotent in play to make sure I draw the tutored card the same turn. Alternately if for any reason I happen to loose Library of Leng or Venser's Journal , I can use Academy Ruins or Buried Ruin to get them back. however not quite worth running Crucible of Worlds just to recur Reliquary Tower if destroyed or Tolaria West , or Buried Ruin if used.
This deck doesn't like to attack much as such life gain is crucial to surviving till wincon. I added the most potent life gain associated with this deck's strengths. Ivory Tower and Venser's Journal give life relative to hand size.
With 14 wizards if you include Arcanis the Omnipotent as well as ways to duplicate wizards such Soul Foundry , or Phyrexian Metamorph not to mention the tokens produced by Docent of Perfection  . and my creatures that are not wizards can also get in on the action if I play Xenograft needless to say wizard dependent abilities are super effective. Patron Wizard , Aphetto Grifter , Galecaster Colossus and Supreme Inquisitor give all of my wizards new tap abilities. while Grand Architect gives them all mana abilities. As though this were not fun enough I can attach Illusionist's Bracers to any of these wizards and in doing so I get to double the effect of the abilities per wizard tapped. What a bargain. Furthermore having Pemmin's Aura or Freed from the Real creates a feedback loop where I can add a any number of wizzard taps relative to the number of I can pay.
Initially I intended to focus on counter magic, however over time testing I found bounce to be better advantage and better control.
Alexi, Zephyr Mage , Dissipation Field , Equilibrium , Galecaster Colossus , Storm Cauldron , and Temporal Adept are all permanents so their bounce is inherently repeatable.
however Hurkyl's Recall , Peel from Reality , Snap , AEtherize , and Cyclonic Rift all require either Isochron Scepter , or Elite Arcanist to be reused. That isn't to say I completely removed counter. Counterspell , Forbid , Muddle the Mixture , Patron Wizard , Stubborn Denial , Cryptic Command , Spell Syphon and Thassa's Rebuff all can counter with Patron Wizard being the most versatile. This deck also mitigates Forbid down side with it's illustrious hand. Muddle the Mixture isn't often used as a counterspell, and I would only cast it if there is some nasty game changer it can prevent.
Storm Cauldron and Walking Atlas let me drop an extra land. These abilities let me abuse the land bounce of Storm Cauldron and in the most extreme case of Walking Atlas + Retreat to Coralhelm I can generate infinite untaps as well as infinite mana. Storm Cauldron also helps with slowing down opponents momentum. Roil Elemental will also capitalize on all of these land drops with recruiting enemy troops. and while we are talking about ridiculous land mechanics how about Prototype Portal + Seat of the Synod . A free land token any time you can tap Prototype Portal isn't a bad propositoin.
Arcanis the Omnipotent + Mind Over Matter 2 cards extra every time it loops.

Isochron Scepter + Paradox Engine + mana rocks for and any instant costing or less = constantly untap all of the things.

Isochron Scepter + Paradox Engine + Snap or

Elite Arcanist + Paradox Engine + Snap = No need for rocks, and infinite mana with one of the 4 lands capable of producing over

Elite Arcanist + Paradox Engine + any instant and mana rocks totaling similar value = constantly untap all of the things.

Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter or

Dramatic Reversal + Elite Arcanist + mana rocks of or better = constantly untap all of the things.

High Tide + Isochron Scepter + Paradox Engine or

Elite Arcanist + High Tide + Paradox Engine = No need for rocks infinite untap and

Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers = Infinite untaps of all creatures and or artifacts.

Aphetto Alchemist + Freed from the Real + Gilded Lotus = Infinite untaps and Infinite

Aphetto Alchemist + Gilded Lotus + Pemmin's Aura = Infinite untaps and Infinite

Aphetto Alchemist + Freed from the Real + Khalni Gem = Infinite untaps and Infinite

Aphetto Alchemist + Khalni Gem + Pemmin's Aura = Infinite untaps and Infinite

Retreat to Coralhelm + Storm Cauldron + Walking Atlas = infinite or and landfall triggers.

Synergistic combos that do not directly go Infinite.

Arcanis the Omnipotent + Paradox Engine + mana rocks for = draw, cast something untap everything repeat till mana is depleted.

Prototype Portal + Seat of the Synod = Free land tokens per times you can tap Prototype Portal .

Phyrexian Metamorph + Prototype Portal and 4 mana = Tap for a token of any creature or artifact.

Phyrexian Metamorph + Soul Foundry and 4 mana = Tap for a token of any creature or artifact.

Isochron Scepter + Mystical Tutor or

Elite Arcanist + Mystical Tutor or

Elite Arcanist + Long-Term Plans = Mystical Tutor Tutor for any instant every turn or Long-Term Plans Tutor for anything at all

Academy Ruins + Expedition Map Sac Expedition Map to find Academy Ruins then use Academy Ruins to get Expedition Map back, repeat for any other land you want.

Maze of Ith + Silent Arbiter = Only one thing can attack me but it is getting removed from combat.

Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur + Noetic Scales All opponents creatures go to hand at upkeep. What they can't cast get discarded at end of turn.

Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur + Storm Cauldron Any lands past 2 used in a turn by an oponent get pitched at end of turn.

Alexi, Zephyr Mage + Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur = Alexi, Zephyr Mage used at end step trades 2 cards for an oponent discarding as many creatures as you can pay for.

Psychosis Crawler makes sure that opponents take damage for what can be massive draw. He can also hit for hand size. Psychosis Crawler 's ability can also be magnified by copying it with Prototype Portal , Soul Foundry , or Phyrexian Metamorph .

Jushi Apprentice   can be leveraged to force opponents to draw out. Typically it will take a 2nd copy of his ability by either untapping him or, using Illusionist's Bracers to boost the effect enough to be deckable.

Since some of these loops can create infinite mana Memnarch can also be used to steal the board.

For a loop that creates infinite untaps Supreme Inquisitor , can exile all opponents libraries till then he can be used to remove wincons from decks to prevent loss.

Finally I have the classic wincon for a draw deck Your old friend Laboratory Maniac .
