Overview

• This deck's title came along whilst playtesting against my wife. She played Grislebrand and gloated something fierce. I proceeded with a "yeah. That is real nifty. But, you know what it also is?... An artifact!"
  I then tapped Liquimetal Coating and proceeded to Smelt her prized demon. Cheapest bit of removal I ever did!
  This deck has a simple but brutal strategy: Turn your opponents' permanents into artifacts and then have your way with them.
  
  Since the deck's main wincon is the coating, and we only have 4 of them, it's not uncommon to mulligan a few times untill you have one. But don't worry, nearly everything else in the deck can mess with artifacts, so once you have one, or - heavens forbid - *two* out, you should have little trouble. For those times when the coating is a late show, the deck packs a good deal of cheap critters, for early blocking, and since most decks use, at least, a few artifacts or enchantments, our hyper-specialized forces are rarely complete duds.

Spells

• - Liquimetal Coating is the star and crown piece of the deck. Note that it says "target permanent". No-one is safe!
  - Smelt and Oxidize : Destruction at its cheapest!
  - Destructive Revelry: 2 for 1! Enchantment or artifact + burn!
  - Hijack: yoink!
  - Splinter : Meanest combo in the deck! Will rob any mono-coloured deck of all lands not yet on the field!
  - Vandalblast+Mycosynth Lattice= onesided complete boardwipe
  - Viridian Revel: continuous drawpower... I kill things, and draw more things with which to kill other things!

Creatures

• - Aladdin : perma-yoink! Need more be said?
  - Caustic Caterpillar: cheap early blocker, and if it survives - death on a stick
  - Chandler : Could that BE anymore of an artifact?
  - Fangren Marauder: sweet sweet lifegain on a big bruiser.
  - Glissa Sunseeker : reusable destruction and ababe in one card
  - Hellkite Tyrant+Mycosynth Lattice: Take from them EVERYTHING!
  - Hoard-Smelter Dragon: kill their stuff and hurt them for having had nice things!
  - Myr Landshaper : "where will you run, when I punish you with the very ground..."
  - Reckless Reveler : another cheap blocker that can go BOOM later on.
  - Reclamation Sage: instant gratification, and a body to boot!
  - Viashino Heretic : reusable destruction with burn included, who could ask for more?
