With this deck, you use cards that tax the opponent for playing spells (example: Grand Arbiter Augustin IV), kill the creatures that get through the taxes (example: Mortify), and then tax the opponent for attacking with the 1% of creatures that get through you're defenses (example: Windborn Muse). Finally, after a million turns of the opponent never having enough mana, you play one of the bombs in the deck and win (example: Frost Titan). Also, I am working on making a cheap and good manabase if you want to help out. Happy Taxing!
