Omnath is back in Battle for Zendikar and it appears that the Eldrazi have pissed him off a little bit. The deck runs to abuse Landfall type effects, typically aiming to create an army of tokens that will overrun the entire field. This is why the land-base is hogging almost half of the deck!

A few cute synergies:

Perilous Forays with Omnath, Locus of Rage or Rampaging Baloths gets me a basic land (and a Lightning Bolt with Omnath) for the low cost of 1 colorless mana.

Fetch lands (from Evolving Wilds to Wooded Foothills ) trigger landfall twice, and the all stars like Myriad Landscape trigger it THREE times. That's some nice value.

Obviously Garruk's Packleader -esque things are great with Omnath on board (see also, Warstorm Surge ).

Things I am considering:

"Basics Matter": Switch to only Basics + Fetches (and maybe a couple essential utility lands) and bring in some Ruination effects. Effectively hoses multi-color decks that run an obscenely low number of basics, but doesn't do a whole lot for me when my opponents run basics. Blood Moon would be another option for this strategy. Wave of Vitriol // From the Ashes can also punish greedier land-bases.
