My deck Submission for your challenge. I originally thought " commons....delver " Which im sure many will. But I ended up passing by the curse and decided to try a Stall Mill. This is the best I could come up with lol. Stall...Mill.... Hopfully heal.

Win State is cursing or a late game dreadwaters

Use the mancers to stall or for late game repeat mill. Use manaleaks very strategically Use disperse strategically ( can protect curse )

I dont know if Blue has what it takes to stall and mill without green but if it can this deck should give it a fair shot.
