Theory crafting around Zask with a mill/sacrifice/reanimate theme.

Win cons are as "go wide" as it gets (Grist and Bolas's Citadel synergy, infinite life/colorless mana combo, reanimating and/or pumping all the creatures, various Syr Konrad shenanigans, pumped infect insects).

Aside for some enchantments and artifacts (mostly evasion, pump and utility), it's fairly budget. Smaller landbase because of Zask's ability along with ramp spells and sac lands should work fine.
