An Esper control deck based around Sun Titan to be used in modern. The deck is based off the Solar Control decks from the 2012 standard meta, particularly Jeremy Dombek's Solar Flare deck. The deck is still in the development stage, any suggestions would be much appreciated though I am on a budget.

Strengths:

Nice tempo disruption, can really stall out midrange decks and seems capable against aggro.

Weaknesses:

Seems to suffer a fair bit versus burn also, it can occasionally struggle to get going.
