So, Zur, by nature of his colors, can have a huge HOST of different deck styles. From using Cycling and the Slide to constantly have board advantage, to using Aura Voltron, to just plain old control.

This is a combination of Control and Voltron, focusing more on just pissing off your opponents by making it so they can't ever play anything higher than 3/4 mana. With Athreos enabling basic destruction recursion, and just having plenty of tutoring, there isn't much win condition with this deck. It's simply meant to piss off anyone it fights.

My general budget for any given card is around 15 cards, with a few exceptions, so keep that in mind for any suggestions you might make, and please suggest which card to exchange in place of whatever you suggest.
