My pride and joy. 4 years in the making, ever since I heard of commander. Slowly been adjusted to what it is now, and I couldn't be happier with it. Ruins people 1v1, and holds its own quite well in multiplayer.

It runs 3 or 4 combos while also providing a HUGE toolbox to Zur. Something close to 30 enchantments that can be searched for by him.

Noteable combos:

Solitary Confinement + Necropotence : Arguably the most important combo you can run in Zur, keeps your hand full at all times while preventing all damage to you.

Omniscience + anything, specifically Enter the Infinite : a blue combo to end all blue combos, abet hard to pull off.

Phyrexian Unlife + Ad Nauseam or Platinum Emperion : A notable second to the combo above, it unfortunately requires you to go VERY negative. If you haven't casted Omniscience yet, this would be time to do so. Platinum Emperion Is better than Phyrexian Unlife , but Unlife is searchable, so.....

Academy Rector + hopefully Omniscience : Why buy the cow, when you can get the milk for free? A resolved Academy Rector is one of the most foolish things your opponents can let happen.

My Win Cons/Powerhouse Cards:

Bruna, Light of Alabaster : 7/10 times, she ends up being my win condition. Zur gets so much hate that she sneaks in and stomps on people.

Riptide Shapeshifter : I started off in the Invasion block, and it still is one of my favorite sets. I've held onto a copy of him and he just seemed to feet really well into the deck. Originally, I had a solid creature base of about 20-25, but once I decided to run him, I lowered it down to about 10-15 because I wanted each creature to have a different type of it's own. So now if he shows up I'll always have an idea that of what is still in my deck and what i can get. And unless Zur the Enchanter gets shuffled back in, everyone has an individual creature type that I can search for.

Rhystic Study : More often than not, your opponents will just let you draw cards. It's much less of a target than so many other draw cards, like Phyrexian Arena .

Sovereigns of Lost Alara : This on the field with Zur attacking is sooooo potent. nothing says 'New game target' like Sovereigns getting Celestial Mantle , and Zur getting Battle Mastery .

Plea for Guidance : The perfect tutor for this deck. I can find spot removal, protection, enhancements, whatever I need.

Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre : It took me a while to find one, But now he's here and ready to stomp on people! My favorite of the Eldrazi Triplets, comes in, hurts people, stays around and wins you games.

Jace, the Mind Sculptor : i'm already playing one of the vilest commanders out there, why not bring the vilest planeswalker with him?

Back to Basics : blue had a Blood Moon too you guys.
