So before I give too many suggestions, can I ask what is the overall game plan? Do you have particular budget restrictions etc?
I would say, I did make this deck myself, and whilst it was pretty good, the play style was not for me. That being said, as your commander has pay off for playing in other peoples turns, may be best to have some additional payoffs as well. I was a big fan of Wavebreak Hippocamp to keep you with card draw, and also Hullbreaker Horror. I get they are both not Faeries, but they are really really useful. Maybe you could get an alter with a Horror with Faerie wings? lol.
Additionally to that, Cloudstone Curio lets you bounce you own flash creatures to your hand, to play again. Also really good once you have played your Brazen Borrower type adventure cards as.... you can use those adventures again.
Will look more and give more ideas in a bit, but good luck on building it, and +1

Love decks with birds! List is 16 cards over 100 right now.
Since you've got blue, I love the cheap costed accessible cards like Pongify and Rapid Hybridization. Sinking one mana to remove something your opponent likely paid more for is pretty great. Condemn is good here as well. Flickering Ward is a pet card of mine that isn't played too much but can be quite versatile!

Garruk's Uprising is a great card in this deck if you have it. I only happen to have one and it's already in my Bristly Bill, Spine Sower deck, so I'm making do with Elemental Bond. Take another look at it though, it says "power 3 or greater," which is 23/33 creatures.

berryjon thanks! I swear I’m not a WOTC employee and had no clue that this event was going to start. I played a game where I got pretty much the best stuff possible. I got Dinrova Horror into Toxril, The Corrosive into Griselbrand into Blazing Archon. My opponent just conceded at that point. I was looking for more of the Momir strategy than raw gameplay. Don’t get me wrong, I love that you made an entire article with over a half hour of gameplay just on my request, thank you. Do you know any strategy that helps you win more matches? “I’ll take the murderous rider because I’m a bastard.” That quote will inspire me forever.

Just a quick update! Played and managed to pop off a Defense of the Heart on turn 4 and got both Koma, Cosmos Serpent and Koma, World-Eater which ended the game in 2 rounds.

You are absolutely right, The creatures are a huge part of the deck and protecting them is a something I'm realizing I lack. On the other hand, Do I need to protect All of them? in this deck (as I'm sure anyone looking at it is aware) a strong source of power is creatures dying and multiplying their counters on to other creatures, often to get a close win. With this in mind, I have a couple of thoughts:

First adding more/any mass protection. The suggestion to add Teferi's Protection is amazing at this, ensuring to make sure that nothing dies as a result of my opponents actions and putting the control of when/how they die in my control. I can definitely see this helping, but I think I can do more.

My second line of thinking is, if I want my things to die and my opponent is doing the work of killing them for me, can I use specific creature protection to turn board wipes into net positive interactions. (I.e. using Fight as One to only protect Hangarback Walker and maybe Metastatic Evangel ensuring that the board wipe will only stand to make walker an even bigger threat). I do see that this plan is very ineffective against exile based wipes, and teferi's is, again, a great option I'm going to add!
I think somewhere between these two thoughts of protect everything, and charge the win-con with my opponent's removal is the base of what's going to become my sideboard. I really want cards I can use to protect my creatures into game ending resets, but I also want cards that can, for low mana, protect a single target.

A card with a similar effect to Varchild, Betrayer of Kjeldor is Combat Calligrapher. Though you can balance the drawback a bit by adding Blood Seeker to your deck.
Other cards I think may work the way yer looking for are Bloodvial Purveyor and Jolene, the Plunder Queen.
There's also the "Vow of..." cycle. The ones relevant to your deck are:: Vow of Duty, Vow of Lightning, Vow of Malice, Vow of Torment, and Vow of Wildness. Another Aura that works like that is Spectral Grasp.
Also, if you really wanna have some fun, there's also Jinxed Choker, Jinxed Idol, Jinxed Ring and Sleeper Agent. And don't forget the Demonic Pact+Harmless Offering combo!

Thank you Andramalech, I appreciate it! I was super happy that Alesha got a new card & confirmation that she's still alive and kicking ass in some version of the Tarkir timeline. The meme inclusion in this primer is a bit of a personal call back to how I included a meme in the primer for my OG Alesha deck.
I'm stoked for the Return to Tarkir! I don't really have any hopes or expectations for it, especially since we just got a new Alesha in Foundations. Would be cool to maybe get a Jund Alesha, assuming she's still alive in the timeline during the return.
I haven't seen Postmortem Lunge before, I'll keep it in mind. I think if I where to include another reanimation piece, I was eyeing my copy of Necromancy I have in my binder.

Everything about this, from the development of a heartfelt deck that was shelved for a much later adventure, to being redeveloped and brought back to life for a beloved character and what they represent.. only to meme them with an iconic ass "I lived, bitch.." is just.. chefs kiss material. DreadKhan Thanks a Lot for your Feedback! In Commander and Casual Games, Transmute is my absolute favorite ability to bring my janky combo pieces together haha.
In this case, I fully agree with you that the unbanned tutors are not that great. However, I think Beseech the Mirror could have a place in that Artefakt based deck.
As for the Option to use mass Removals against creature Heavy Decks: I initially decided to play Ensnaring Bridge over mass relovals because I thought it would fit into the overall artefact based approach of that deck and would synergize well with Urza's Saga. Now I have realized that I would restrict myself because an empty hand with a huge construct and the Bridge would be awful for me haha.
Regarding Liliana's Caress and Quest for the Nihil Stone: would it be not better to play Shrieking Affliction instead?

Hello. Interesting approach you took with Toshiro, if I may offer my input, being Toshiro my main commander, you can add 1 card to your deck that will make an infinite combo with others you already have. If you add Doom Whisperer he can go inifite with Aetherflux Reservoir and Bolas's Citadel. Sensei's Divining Top can replace Doom Whisperer in that combo also, if you prefer it.
If you want you can check my deck for some ideas, but mine is built more as a spellslinger. Still in need of upgrades tho.

I don't think there's a specific name for these cards. There's only four of them (not counting Sleeper Agent, which can attack freely), spread over more than 25 years, and they're generally specific to the Commander format. They're the "someone else gets them but they can't attack me" cards.

Love the chaos theme! I think a gold blend of group slug with forced combat (e.g. goad) works well at tables and doesn't generate a ton of hate. One new card that's been performing rather well in my Kardur deck is Alexios, Deimos of Kosmos.

I can see the Bridges and use them myself, but it's a x3 in the list, and if he's tutoring for it he could be dead by then in Legacy vs Aggro (in my experience). I run a different style of Rack deck in Legacy, it's possible our experiences are very different, but I make use of both Edicts and Bontu's Last Reckoning to suppress creatures. I think Reckoning wouldn't work for him, it's too bad they never printed an Instant speed Innocent Blood, the 2 mana versions are getting spicy, but they're still 2 mana.

It's hard to suggest a good tutor for your color combination. I really want to suggest to splash white for Enlightened Tutor because it can find anything you need in this deck. But if its not possible for you, I'm thinking of Profane Tutor, Grim Tutor, or Beseech the Queen.

I think most of the legal tutors in Legacy aren't very good (Legacy is a VERY fast format at this point), but if you are okay with 3 mana tutors you can look at Transmute effects, some of them are available in mono-Black. These tutors come stapled to what is almost always a terrible spell (Brainspoil might be the worst removal spell I've actually played), but they let you find anything at that spell's MV. I think the one you'd want in here is Shred Memory, this also lets you exile something if you really need that (it's even an Instant speed exile effect), I find graveyard hate needs to be in the mainboard or your sideboard, ymmv.
I second adding some duals, I would think even 1 would help, especially because Blood Moon will just turn them into Mountains anyways, so if they replaced Mountains you'd be fine.
Would Liliana's Caress make any sense? I love Rack decks and I have often wondered about Caress, but I don't have the forced draw your deck can provide, Caress + Anvil is 2 damage each upkeep, and it goes up for each extra card they have to pitch. I don't use any Caress atm in my Rack deck, but mostly because it's pricey and the one copy I have is in my Discard EDH deck already!
Maybe x1 Quest for the Nihil Stone? If your deck is working correctly the opponent very quickly has no cards, meaning this will be very quickly turned on, and 5 damage per upkeep from 1 card for {B} seems worth a look.
I'm a bit curious what happens if someone resolves a good creature before you can lock them out of cards, I run ~16 ways that interfere with creatures in my own Legacy Rack deck, but I admittedly don't lock them out of cards!

zachz petroglyphs and harvest are pretty cards, but too high mana costs for tools without multiplication. The lil boost from Intangible Virtue is more than enough to my logic. Picked up a copy of Formless Genesis but not 100% on it here but it'll land in a deck somewhere.

On the topic, you could run Blim, Comedic Genius (though he needs decent support such as liches).
There are also at least a few auras that buff creatures (yours or opponents), don't have goad but do have 'this creature can't attack you' clause.

If you had both Fumiko the Lowblood and Ghostly Prison on the board, the end result would be that your opponents not being forced to attack.
They would just choose you as the player their attacking then not pay into Ghostly Prison, since Fumiko or even goad, can't force them to.

Cloudy2024 Hey, Thanks for the comment! I did consider Lord Skitter for this deck but Marrow Gnawer and Karumonix ended up making the cut instead of Lord Skitter. Skitter seems like it would be better in commander than in this format but I will put him in the maybe/sideboard and try him out in a few games.
