Coloress support cards. I believe that colorless should take over what Mark Rosewater wanted purple to be, a color (in this case lack of one) that dips it's toes in every other color and do everything the other colors can at a higher cost to do it. Sort of a Jack of all Trades. The best at nothing but the worst at nothing either. and canonically there only 3? 4? creatures that are colorless. Eldrazi, Artifacts, and Spirits (in the form of colorless tokens but hey that good enough for me to say spirits are colorless). Dragons is iffy depending on how you consider Ugin. But Colorless is lacking in creature verity so fuck it dragon can be colorless to me.
