The Willow-Wilds refers to a world engulfed in an ever-spreading forest. The dominant species of the plane, Faeries, are immortal, barely noticing the goings-on of lesser races like the unadvanced Humans, the parasitic Vampires that feed on them, the warring Orcs, and others hidden within the brush.
When Alavray slew the last monarch to claim his crown and dominion over the whole of the Willow-Wilds, she was cursed by...something. The Fey Curse has ended her immortality and is spreading rapidly amongst her peoples, threatening their entire way of life and allowing the other races to encroach on Faerie territory. Unless Alavray can find the source of her dark curse and stop it, she may suffer the fate of her predecessor...
