My first tournament in 10 years. My early inquiries into the metagame revealed a lot of Infect. I saw several being played, but never matched up against one. There were four rounds.

1st round Artifact Aggro: 2-1Got some bad draws on the first game but shuffled really well for 2nd and deck ran like a dream. Burned all his creatures and countered everything else until he had nothing left.

2nd round Goblins: 2-0The speed of the goblins couldn't keep up with the speed of my burn.

3rd round Red/Black Infect: 2-11st game i lost because of Phyrexian Crusader s but after i sideboarded in Narcolepsy and Perilous Myr s it wasn't a problem.

4th round White Infect: 1-2Won the first game due to my burn.Next two games he got out a creature with Armored Ascension and I didn't have an answer at the time.

5th round Koth Red: 2-11st game I countered every Koth and burned him to death.2nd game I pumped up my Kiln Fiend and swung for what i thought was victory but he burned my creature 3 times when i only had 2 counters ready in hand.3rd game i got the Kiln Fiend through
