I went 3-1, with my loss coming from a Boros deck.

Round 1: B/R Vampires

Game 1: I basically did my combo, then managed to outrace my opponent. He managed to stick a Nighthawk, but it was rapidly dispatched with a Bolt before it attacked.

Game 2: This one was a bit harder. He got out a Highborn, I had to Bolt it and took 2 life. Then, after I got my Chieftain out, he played a kicked Gatekeeper which, again, was dispatched by a Bolt. Finally, I drew my Rebirth and a Bushwhacker and stole the game.1-0

Round 2: U/B Control

Game 1: Pretty simple, I beat past his Oracle (Sea Gate, that is) and sealed the deal with a kicked Bushwhacker

Game 2: I knew there were gonna be Consume the Meeks coming in so I had to act fast. I mulled to 4 with a Mountain, a Rebirth, a Thopter, and a Bushwhacker. I'm glad I did as I drew a mountain then another Bushwhacker. AMAZING2-0

Round 3: Boros

Game 1: He led with a Steppe Lynx (the inspiration for my name), and quickly followed it up with a Geopede. Then after a series of fetches, he just killed me (I made a couple plays, Memnite, Ornithopter, and the Gaveleer.

Game 2: A repeat of Game 1, but this time he dropped to Lynxes and I burned one. Not much to report.2-1

Round 4: Valakut Ramp:

Game 1: I hit my combo, but it was Clasmed. Not cool. NOT COOL. But it was okay as I stuck a Chieftain and followed it up with a Bushwhacker. H didn't have another Clasm, and this quick succession stole the game.

Game 2: Hit my combo, got Clasmed, hit another one, got Inferno Titaned. Game.

Game 3: My perfect combo went off: Rebirth, Bushwacker, Bushwacker. Bolt to finish the game and match.

Final Result: 3-1

I went 5-2, taking 3rd in the event, winning 2 Sword of Feast and Famine , making me very happy. I made it to the Semis, then lost to GW Questvine.
