Perception is utter junk in Limited, Dodge is off color, Skaab has a massive back end that would be difficult to breach, Hermit is a dude in our splash color (and a rather unimpressive one at that).

We're not likely to run the Hermit in any case, so let's get the Headless SkaabMTG Card: Headless Skaab's behemoth butt out of the pack.

I'm not really a fan of hatedrafting, so I'd pick the for being the least lousy option.

Headless SkaabMTG Card: Headless Skaab can really hurt us if we don't pull him out now. He could potentially block a creature pumped by Elder of LaurelsMTG Card: Elder of Laurels and survive. Let's get him out of the picture.

Headless SkaabMTG Card: Headless Skaab. I would pick the hermit in a second if we had more than the barest splash of red, but that would push us more firmly into tri-color, and that can be pretty :/

The skaab, on the other hand, is scary.

thebeardedshuffler - I don't like hatedrafting either, but the Hermit's very unlikely to make our deck no matter what. So since we're looking at four cards that aren't going to be in our deck anyhow, we may as well take the card that hurts us the most.

Headless SkaabMTG Card: Headless Skaab is actually a good creature. Everything else in this pack was very underwhelming.

Shattered PerceptionMTG Card: Shattered Perception. All the way. Play this right before you attack with cage breakers and it could do amazing things.

Get the Headless SkaabMTG Card: Headless Skaab so he doesn't end up standing in our way later. None of the other cards are good enough to put in our deck.

7 Skaab, 2 Hermit, 1 Perception. Skaab wins, moving on.
