Who cares? Thought Scour was the other choice on the off chance that someone is building a mill deck, but given what I've seen, that seems very unlikely.

Hunger of the Howlpack is a very solid card, it gets my vote.

Break of Day can potentially cause us to swing with our wolfs twice and can potentialy save us from board wipes the zombie apocalypse or the one we drafted or a kill spell that could break our win con. so that gets my vote.

My vote goes to Hollowhenge Spirit; 2/2 flyers that can be flashed in on the sly are basically never bad. His ability can also be great as a sort of pseudo-fog lategame, bumping one of his big dudes out of combat and saving us that life.
The Outcast can actually be pretty impressive, incidentally. He lets you turn any humans you're about to lose into permanent counters, which feeds our graveyard in the process, and a 2/1 for 2 is always good. But I think we would want to have already taken more humans for him.

Faith's Shield for me right now, although I think there are lots of cards that work okay for us in this pack, and would like to hear what people think are the most likely ones to table are.

I say we take the Deranged Outcast here. At the VERY least, he can sacrifice himself and give a bump to one of our guys AND still feeds out graveyard. He fills our 2 CMC spot nicely and his ability has synergy with our deck. Even without a bunch of humans, his ability is still relevant, and if an opponent has him who IS collecting humans, he is that much MORE powerful for them. Its hard to pass on the spirit but we picked one up later in the last pack, he MAY make it around again. As for Hunger of the Howlpack and Break of Day, either one will table and we'll pick it up when it comes around again if the spirit is unavailable. Faith's Shield is a good utility card but the other three are more pertinent to our deck needs. Yes, survival from removal is nice, but if we're facing a deck full of it, 1 card to protect won't help in the long run and we're better off overrunning them.
Deranged Outcast has my vote.

I'm voting Deranged Outcast (I definitely typed Deranged Hermit at first there--I wissssh).
It's a decent enough 2/1 for 2 that can both pass out +1/+1 counters and fill our graveyard for cagebreaking purposes. He can even eat himself and give something else +2/+2, which is perfectly cool.
Deranged Outcast! It works with our deck!

Tough one but I'm looking at Hunger of the Howlpack and frankly, it's just solid. It lets us mess up an enemy undying creature, it allows us to tip combat out way, and it allows us to keep the pressure up by making one of our creatures huge when they chumpblock. We have some good creatures and we're accumulating a nice stock of combat tricks, I think that taking Hunger would be playing to our strengths.
While the Deranged Outcast is similar (in that we can use him to put counters somewhere) it's on the table so our opponants will know it's coming. It also doesn't allow us to put only one counter on, which means the utility to mess up undying is less likely to pan out.

Alright I'm switching to Deranged Outcast! I like thebeardedshuffler's thoughts here, but I think that having another creature is a huge positive for us. Good thoughts all around here.

I count 5 for the Outcast and 3 for Hunger, plus some votes here and there for other stuff. Last call to switch your vote or add it.

Deranged Outcast does have synergy with our deck. I was thinking that we do not have too many humans, but it can be sacrificed to itself, so I will change my vote to Deranged Outcast.

I'll switch my vote to the Outcast.
He was actually my gut first pick, but I figured I would be outnumbered there. Go figure.

I vote for the outcast ... spells like Hunger of the Howlpack can be gotten on the second time around... no need to take it pick one pack 3. Go for the solid creature. He allows a block and sac, or enabling of morbid triggers, or even an attack and then if it doesn't go well sac to pump something else.. so many possiblities.
