Welcome, fellow Magic enthusiasts, to the second installment of Time to Duel! Today's episode is an action-packed gameplay video of the Mardu Superfriends deck we discussed here a few weeks ago.

Just as a reminder for everyone, here's the list we're working with:

What we learned

First off, we learned that I'm pretty awful at mental math (if you watched the video you know what I mean). That said, here's some correct math: we won three out of four games, for a win rate of 75%. This deck is pretty powerful, but when it gets off to a slow start, as with any deck, it can be devastating. The deck is super consistent in that it can win with almost any card you draw, or at least stall one more turn to get another card. The 75% win rate is fairly indicative of how the deck has performed off camera as well. The actual win rate is probably a little higher, but not significantly (somewhere between 80% and 85%). All in all, this deck is a good choice if you like to win and play some sweet planeswalkers. As I said in the video, I'll leave it to you guys and gals to determine what deck I'll demonstrate next. Remember to comment on TappedOut or on Youtube if you enjoyed this video and/or article. Once again, thank's for reading, and happy tapping.

This article is a follow-up to Time to Duel - Episode 1: Mardu Superfriends Deck Tech The next article in this series is Time to Duel Poll: Are you Enjoying This Series?

I do not know how good you are at video editing: but would it be possible if you were able to create a second, shorter, video that showed the highlights of the different 4 games? I don't know about others--but I presume I am not the only one--who does not want to watch 40 minutes.

If it is not possible: it does not matter overly much.

Decks_On.Acid, That's certainly something I would consider, especially for the decks with crazy synergies that I want to show off. To do it for every article might be more work than I'm willing to put in to the series, but I will likely start doing it occasionally. Thanks for your feedback!

How's this deck going? Any more stats in addition to the first four games?
