TappedOut.net has been having multiple issues recently, which you've all brought to our attention. (THANK YOU!) We wanted to officially address some of the most frequent ones to let you all know our continued effort to squash 'em!

Colorless mana wheel: For a couple days now, the circle next to newly added decks has been appearing colorless, or failing to update with new cards and colors added.

Price features: Two separate issues with the price feature. We know that the price calculator for decks is broken, either missing some cards or failing to notice new cards. We also know that the mass export list feature misses new cards added to a deck.

Black card previews: Some cards fail to load a hover preview in decklists.

Intermittent lagginess: Over the last week, we’ve had issues with lag, resulting in 25s load times and frequent page crashes. We recognize this very seriously interferes with use of the site and have been putting most of our efforts into finding a solution. While it's gotten better as we’ve upped server and cache capacity and attacked some related bugs, it's still randomly recurring.

It's no secret that TappedOut.net is a small and community-run endeavor, with just a few of us here behind the curtain. We're very sorry that these bugs have gotten in the way of beloved features and use of the site, but we’re working as hard as we can to fix them.

Our first priority is to make sure that the site is always responsive. Our second priority is to bring back the above features, and then we put our remaining work into bringing you new features and updating the site. (The competitiveness meter is back with a new algorithm!) Thank you for your feedback, patience, and support--we literally couldn't do any of it without you all!

Our very best,
The TappedOut Team

It's good to hear that these issues are known and being addressed. It's been really frustrating trying to navigate the site recently with 15+ second load times on every page. The front page in particular seems to take an extraordinary amount of time to load up.

Thanks for all your efforts keeping this site running and great!

Thanks for all of your hard work everyone! I know I don't speak for every site user, but I can imagine that a good many people will agree with me when I say that we are so very appreciative of all of you, and the many hours of hard work that you all put into this wonderfully amazing site.

Tyrant-Thanatos: Yes, we're really crossing our fingers that the last couple fixes we've implemented will finally put a stop to the slowness! Are you still experiencing lag, and is it consistent? If so, what browser are you using, and are you running AdBlock? We're trying to gather data as best we can to source this issue. It doesn't seem to always be widespread--I can run the site quickly now, though a couple times it seems to be site-wide--but of course we take each report seriously.

KingMathoro: Thanks for your support! <3

abby315: When I posted that I was posting from a work computer running Internet Exploder, no adblock, which of course I expect to be slow, but it had been slower than previously.

I also access the site pretty regularly from my phone, where I use Chrome, where as of a few minutes ago it's been fine, though earlier today it was being quite slow.

Currently I'm accessing the site from my home computer, which is running Firefox with two separate adblockers (overkill, I know), and it's working fine. Pretty spry actually. I haven't accessed the site through this computer for a few days though, and it was pretty slow back then.

I hope this helps. :)

Thanks for quick response times! It was only a few days since when I first noticed the problem and when it was fixed.

Tyrant-Thanatos: Thank you, I've taken note! Please update me if you experience a slowdown from a previously fast browser again!

Legendxp: We do our best! Thanks :)

abby315, has anyone pointed out that the Top Decks haven't changed in several days? The order for all decks in the Top list (after clicking See More) has remained the same for at least a week.

Thank you for your attention to all of this and to all of the community members who work so hard to keep TappedOut up and running!

abby315, the Top page had changed yesterday and showed movement in the top decks. Today it has reverted back to the Top list that was there for several days (all the way down to the last deck in clicking View More). Just letting you know in case anyone needed to know.

Thanks again to you and your colleagues for all of your amazing work on TappedOut.net!

Hey, I just figured I'd check back in. At this point even the slow computer running IE is loading up the site blazing fast. Faster than it ever even did before. So yeah, cheers and thanks for all the hard work!

BioProfDude: thank you for the update! We havent been able to work on that bug yet between the descriptions and the slowness, but if it budged in the last couple days its probably tied to another bug we were working on. Thats good to know :)

Tyrant-Thanatos: Great to hear, thanks for the update! Well keep working to optimize and hopefully all stays well!

Soooo hmm...I can't help but suspect that this is not intended.

Tyrant-Thanatos, what, we just really like cats!

JK, but I haven't been able to replicate this. From where are you accessing that page, and is it still showing all those duplicates?

Is there anything we can do to help you guys out?

November 6, 2017 3:07 a.m.

abby315, I'm experiencing this on the forum front page here, on Firefox on my home computer, and on IE on my work computer. I've tried clearing my cache and that didn't seem to help. It doesn't happen to all the subforums, but it always does the same duplicating on both computers even after reloading/refreshing the page. I haven't been able to check it again since I posted that shot though (on mobile atm).

Elopsm: Just continue updating us on issues, with as much specificity as possible! Thanks for the support :)

Tyrant-Thanatos: Im not seeing this on the most recent version of IE, but if you or anyone else can still replicate on a browser please let me know and Ill add it to the boards! Thanks for your help.

Lately I've been having this thing where once I go to save a deck, it says that it has changed since my last update and that saving again will overwrite it (Which IS what I want, and end up doing). The thing is, this happens every time that I update my deck. It even happens on newly created decks which shouldn't even be possible. It isn't really more than a minor annoyance, but I figured that I'd let you guys know. If I get a chance I'll screen capture it and email you a pic or something.

Having issues with the site being laggy as hell. It seems to be either an issue with the hosting server or a bug in the backend. The HTTP request to pull the HTML file for the page is taking a whopping 29456ms! The adds are loading faster than the content!

Network Load Time

Iv'e also been experiencing the same issue as the post above with it constantly saying there's been a change when I hit save.
