Yes. If you have control of it you can do whatever with it as though it was yours.
Example: Act of Treason + Bloodflow Connoisseur = you get to steal a creature, attack with it, then sac it to make your vampire a little bigger. Since it died, it goes to its owner's graveyard instead of returning to their control.
You do need something that lets you sacrifice it though. Act of Aggression doesn't have this built in. My example showed what I was using to sacrifice it to.
