Tireless Tracker isn't doing much, you have no investigate in your deck. A card with a little more utility like Den Protector might help out a little better. A Den Protector can return a dead Thalia's Lieutenant back to your hand, too. You could also trade Dragon Hunter for Servant of the Scale, which has good synergy with Thalia's Lieutenant. When Servant of the Scale dies, he can redistribute any counters the Lieutenant gave it.

Alternatively to Tireless Tracker you can try Avatar of the Resolute which will be pumped up a lot if you've already dropped a Thalia's Lieutenant and have a few humans with counters on them. At the very least Avatar of the Resolute + Servant of the Scale gives you one counter.

Surrak, the Hunt Caller isn't doing much for you either. Haste is nice and all, but it's only really useful if you need a few extra damage in a turn, or if you have a big bomb to drop and want to do damage that turn. Besides Surrak, the Hunt Caller himself Archangel Avacyn  Flip is the only card that will see the most benefit from this. Ormendahl, Profane Prince  Flip already has haste.

In essence, consider replacing Surrak, the Hunt Caller, Tireless Tracker, and Dragon Hunter. Besides the creatures I listed, you might want to consider some instants or sorcery that will give you a little more utility. Declaration in Stone, Hallowed Moonlight or Anguished Unmaking are all good options for protecting yourself while you build up your creatures. You can also look for cards that give you protection or indestructible. Sigarda, Heron's Grace is good in this deck, so I would keep her.
