Nice deck!

You asked for some thoughts, and with all the usual caveats (I have no idea on your meta, how your deck plays IRL, etc), here you go:

I know a lot of people like it, but I'm not a big fan of Kusari-Gama. It just seems counter-productive ... I want to connect with an opponent's face, and it wants to spread the damage around their dudes. And for those times when I might want to crush a bunch of creatures, there's better options.

I'm not sure what I'd suggest that's better though. A few options:

• Generator Servant maybe? Insane in opening hand, and good value anytime.
• Or Avarice Amulet for a pump and moar draw? I love it on a Commander, because unless you choose to send him to the graveyard (to avoid Commander tax, or whatever) he never dies.
• I really like Iroas, God of Victory. Great on his own, and super fun when Iroas, God of Victory + Vorrac Battlehorns works out.
• Along those lines, the new Chitinous Cloak looks decent. Especially as Chitinous Cloak + Vorrac Battlehorns .
• Stoneforge Mystic?

And though I'd never recommend it, I always thought Basilisk Collar + Thornbite Staff would be fun with JankZurgo.
