I'd go with Oona, Queen of the Fae. With all the mana available to black she is a good win condition in your command zone, both for milling yourself or opponents. If you can manage to produce a blue mana, I'm a fan of Buried Alive + Necrotic Ooze looking for Grand Architect + Pili-Pala for the infinite mana and win.

Put in an infinite mana loop (Grand Architect + Pili-Pala is the gold standard, especially since you can use Buried Alive + Necrotic Ooze to set it up. Throw in some lifegain and flicker her over and over with something that cares about etb like Dire Undercurrents, Death Match, Genesis Chamber or Sage's Row Denizen. Heck, use Aetherflux Reservoir and it'll gain you your life back too.
