This combo generates infinite:
- Mana (any color your lands can produce)
- ETB triggers
- LTB triggers
Other variations replace Palinchron with Peregrine Drake or Great Whale.
Steps:
- Play Deadeye Navigator or Palinchron.
- Play whichever remains from the above step.
- Whenever the second one enters the battlefield, Soulbond the two together.
- Pay to use Palinchron's new Soulbond ability.
- When Palinchron enters the battlefield, untap up to seven lands (one of the lands will need to produce ).
- Tap all untapped lands you control.
- Repeat steps 4 through 6, infinitely untapping up to seven lands at a time and tapping them to float infinite mana.

Hey greyson161, thanks for the kind words. I wouldn't really consider my build of Nin to be a competitive take, necessarily. I've devoted a fair bit of the deck to pulling Stuffy Doll from my library, as his strange mechanic sort of breaks the balance inherent in Nin's ability, allowing you to draw cards and deal direct damage simultaneously. This is a bit cutesy and definitely way too disruptable/expensive to be considered a cEDH wincon, but it makes me smile!
That said, this deck definitely includes a number of ways to create "infinite" mana, many of which are cEDH Staples. Grim Monolith + Power Artifact , Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth , Metalworker + Staff of Domination , and Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron can all accomplish that feat, and that is a mighty tool indeed in this deck. Not only is it a one-hit KO with the aforementioned Stuffy Doll interaction, but boat-loads of mana can be translated very simply into boatloads of cards. Usually I'm dropping an ETB creature, cashing in its value, then slamming it for as much damage as I can afford in order to refil my hand. There are a number of cards that cause damage/loss of life when I draw, including both Niv Mizzets, Psychosis Crawler , and - a bit more indirectly - The Locust God . I also run Blightsteel and Lightning Greaves for good measure, and Laboratory Maniac is a great wincon when I'm over 100 mana. Oh, and even though I find the combo distateful, this deck also runs Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts , because both halves of that combo are independently excellent in this deck.
Hope some of this was helpful/interesting! For my part, I think more competitive builds of Nin are less creature-heavy and run a bit more control/wheel effects. The Spike Feeders YouTube channel often features a pretty spicy build of Nin, which you can see pop off in this episode: https://youtu.be/TVWocKbLg1A Of course, this was before we lost Paradox Engine (RIP). Happy brewing!

I’m really liking how your deck looks, was wondering however if you had considered cards like Dualcaster Mage to Combo off with Ghostly Flicker and insta-Scapeshift your gates into play; or even Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron to net infinite mana and dump your deck into play with Golos’ Second ability?
I had fiddled around with an Astral Drift list (was goingh to name it “Land Slide” hue hue) to flicker Golos; but I like how utilitarian your list looks in comparison.

Not broken, but I am quite fond of Vela the Night-Clad. Infinite exit the battlefield triggers with something like Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron wins you the game. I have a deck you can steal or take a look at. It's been powerful for me in my meta, but it is no dominus for sure. Haha.

Fierce Empath, Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron , Experiment Kraj, Opposition, Exploration, Burgeoning, Lorescale Coatl, Doubling Season, Hardened Scales, Doubling Cube, Helix Pinnacle, Blue Sun's Zenith.
Should be enough for you to get started. I'd cut some of the rings and the lower impact eldrazi titans for a lot of these things.

Paradox Engine Untaps every non-land permanent every time a spell is played.
So you get a bunch of your rocks out, along with P-engine, and tap them all for mana, even when you cast a 0cmc spell. that will trigger P-engine, and you can do it again and again.
It may not be "infinite" as it depends on how many cards you can play are in your hand and such... but it is damn well close.
The way this deck works, you should never be lacking in cards to play. even if you were going to draw out your deck, you have Laboratory Maniac, and that pretty much wins you the game right there.
And with cards like Retract and Rebuild, getting all that landfill back into your hands just to throw it all down again.
With all that floating mana, and provided you throw down P-engine first, if you had 30 artifacts in your hand, with most being rocks... well... it generates insane amounts of the stuff.
If you realllllly wanted truly infinite mana, you put the old Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron combo in there... or Cloud of Faeries + Deadeye Navigator .
Those two combos would untap lands, which is a plus, but not terribly relevant. You can get this deck going with only two blue or red lands out. Needing to untap the lands is sorta pointless after you have some good rocks out.

Thanks again. Infinite mana combos are a consideration, although I'd probably go for something that can be tutored with Protean Hulk or Tooth and Nail such as Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron . Because I already have kill combos with those cards infinite mana has always felt a bit redundant. I also don't have many ways to draw more cards on my turn so it seems hard to make full use of infinite mana.
Woodfall Primus seems good, but if I have Mikaeus, the Unhallowed out I'm already very close to killing. He usually never even hits the board without his combo pieces entering with him. Infinite Woodfall Primus seems a little redundant as a result.
Glen Elendra Archmage is busted and should probably be in the deck.
Dream Halls is cool, but again I don't have very many ways to draw a lot of cards on my turn. I'd also need a way to consistently sac it at the end of my turn. Might be good for going for an explosive winning turn when I already have a lot of cards and just need to break through a Tormod's Crypt though.

If you're looking for more lockdown, you might consider Knowledge Pool. If you've got that and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir on the board, it's pretty much a lockout that keeps your opponents from playing new spells. It can be vulnerable to an existing board state, if there's activated/triggered abilities that can get rid of one or the other but, barring that, your opponents are pretty much relegated to sitting back in frustration.
I was using it in my Azor deck, but removed KP after my less-competitive-more-casual-ish meta got over-frustrated. Same reason I don't include Decree of Silence + Solemnity. Check my Azor deck out, if you wanna. I tend to run higher on the taxes, and nearly no tutor. I just have found that, with all the card draw, I never seem to need tutor!
Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron
is great, if you can afford the former, Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake
is equally adept at accomplishing the same thing. Either way, you get another infinite mana combo rolling to draw yourself out for more resources, or just a win with Laboratory Maniac
Overall, +1 because I just love Azor and this deck looks mean! ;-D
