Usually, whenever I've seen Oloro played, his main win condition is a combo of some kind. I see you run a couple of the main pieces, but here are the ones to complete them:

Aetherflux Reservoir + Bolas's Citadel + Sensei's Divining Top gives infinite lifegain, lets you draw your entire library, then you can zap your opponents with Aetherflux Reservoir until you win.

Maralen of the Mornsong + Opposition Agent is a soft lockdown combo that turns off player draws, makes them lose life while giving you additional card advantage.

I see that you run the Sanguine Bond + Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose combo in the deck already. If you want a redundant effect for Vito that still works with that combo, Exquisite Blood has the same effect on an enchantment for an increased mana cost.

Decree of Silence + Solemnity makes it so that your opponents can't cast anything without it just being countered infinitely. Sure, if they have ways to cast something from outside their hand, it can still be cast, but that's why I like having some cards like Drannith Magistrate or similar effects in there as well.

Dovescape + Guile is a hilariously broken combo to run as well. Counter everything, get dove tokens equal to the CMC of anything anyone casts.

Azorius also has access to a bunch of hard lock out combos. Knowledge Pool + Lavinia, Azorius Renegade , Knowledge Pool + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir , Omen Machine + Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir , the list goes on.

Solemnity combos with quite a few cards, since it lets you abuse anything that would usually put counters onto a permanent or player. Force Bubble, Phyrexian Unlife, Decree of Silence, Celestial Convergence, Glacial Chasm, Dark Depths and Nine Lives all come to mind.

Esper is a fun color to play with if you like being the guy to repeatedly and often screw over the table. Oloro allows you to run any shell you really like, gain life even without taking him out of the command zone, and convert his own lifegain into card draw while draining your opponents. If you really want to up the archenemy factor, Sen Triplets is another Esper creature that loves to mess with anyone you're playing with.

Imo white does not need to be fixed in edh. It has its strengths and weaknesses just like every other color, and one of its weaknesses is lack of straight up card draw without the support of artifacts or other colors. This is why the color pie exists. If the social contract is what's bothering people, ignoring it and playing the game how you want to play it is an option, even if that means locking other people out of the game with things like Decree of Silence + Solemnity or other things that mean you don't wind up getting your face beaten in because you want to play specific cards or colors

RaptorJesus07 I have considered Decree of Silence + Solemnity as a combo, so I think they’d fit in well! I want to pick up cards like Enlightened Tutor and Idyllic Tutor eventually as well for this deck. Thanks for the suggestions!

You've got some nasty combos! I like the Decree of Silence + Solemnity combo! Nice way to lock the game down in your favor! Didn't see the deck in action yet, but could Starfield of Nyx be good for recursion and ending games faster?

AlphaAuthority Thank you so much for taking a moment to look through the deck. Budget doesn't worry me too much, I'd say though, as an example of the power I'm looking for, if you look at Mystic Remora it won't be as useful as Rhystic Study because in a less competitive meta, people often will play a land and pass turn for the first 1-3 turns. I want to have plenty of low mana spells and get out early, pressuring the board and locking them out with choice enchantments. I thought about Decree of Silence + Solemnity but in the end decided that anti-counters would ruin my game too much.

I don't know if you're looking for a lockout win condition, but Decree of Silence + Solemnity . I don't run it in my Zur deck Zur Stax Competitive, but it makes it so opponents can't cast spells the rest of the game. Dark Depths works great with Solemnity as well. Also, since you're running Teferi's Protection, Grand Abolisher + Lethal Vapors force opponents to mill themselves out. I also run a Eon Hub + Stasis while giving Zur vigilance with Daybreak Coronet to ensure the win.

I like pillowfort as an option for Hannah. I think that going with the Decree of Silence + Solemnity is fun, but as a back up Phyrexian Unlife + Solemnity is also a game winning combo. For protection, Ghostly Prison, Propaganda and Sphere of Safety like Suns_Champion has suggested are all great options. Also Greater Auramancy to protect your combos, and Copy Enchantment + Greater Auramancy means that no one can target your enchantments. Ever. Add Enchanted Evening and not only is this combo insane, Sphere of Safety becomes something that says players cant attack you. Would love to see what you come up with after its through, and good luck!

Jagd_Tallgeese That is an amazing synergy, I love it. Definitely adding Decree of Silence back. I had all the decrees in at some point, but cut the three missing ones to add in a bit more devotion assistance and tutoring; however, the Decree of Silence + Solemnity combo is too good at stalling out till devotion hits to pass up. Now to consider what to cut...
