One combo that you didn't list was Diregraf Colossus + Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar !

Cemetery Reaper and Lord of the Undead seem like must-haves in any zombie tribe. One can help deal with re-animator strategies, the other can bring Zombies back from the grave. No Gray Merchant of Asphodel either... a deliberate choice?

I'm guessing the combo is Diregraf Colossus + Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar for infinite zombies? Throw in a Blood Artist to kill everyone at the table while you're at it ;)
