Honestly you shouldn't be looking to hit their cards, hit their manabase. The only reason eldrazi is so big right now is be cause of Eldrazi Temple + Eye of Ugin Without them the deck is worthless.
Look for land destruction.

Expedition Map was boarded in for modern tonight, it certainly helps. Wasteland Strangler is a fair card, but I don't get the full benefit of it on T2. At that point it's just a 3/2 body, whereas on T2 I could be casing a Matter Reshaper with the same P/T or off Eldrazi Temple + Eye of Ugin I could cast a Thought-Knot Seer. I do like Oblivion Sower and have played around with it. It's not great vs. the mirror since it could catch an Eye of Ugin or Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and negate either of mine if I have it in play (though it does take it away from my opponent).
The hardest difficulty I faced tonight were back to back matches against Living End Decks, which do pretty much murderlate Eldrazi on Game 1. Game 2 was rough both times, sideboarded in 2x All Is Dust (not great, but emergency stop-gap), 4x Relic of Progenitus and 4x Suffer the Past (which is for the burn match, but useful here). Problem was never seeing a Relic, saw Suffer once, used it on X=3 and removed 3 of 5 creatures in response to Living End on the stack off a cascade trigger. In the second matchup, drew into an All is Dust, but was 1 mana off of casting it.
At this point, will be going -1 Relic, -2 Suffer the Past and +3 Leyline of the Void. The hope is that while making double black pips isn't easy I can mulligan into it (or a Relic) or at worst draw into it and get it down before they cascade off. Just bad luck on the draws, but I think this helps even that out a bit. Otherwise, the deck performed as intended and smashed through other decks.

We're just ignoring the fact that the black Edlrazi list just became infinitely more dangerous in Modern.
Eye of Ugin + Thought-Knot Seer
Pretty much any Eldrazi you can think of in a deck with Eldrazi Temple + Eye of Ugin just got really scary.
