I've heard that mill is among the most difficult of win-conditions for EDH, it takes great skill. Phenax is the best commander for it, and you're running great creatures for his ability to benefit. I thought of several things I wanted to suggest, but every time I checked the list you already had them. Only one combo I know of for powerful milling isn't in here. Freed from the Real + Grimoire Thief + Paradise Mantle . (it goes infinite) Luckily two of the combo pieces are already in your deck, so if you can find a place for Paradise Mantle you're all set.
