Here are a few other things I would take out, just at a glance:Tree of Perdition - > Arcanis the OmnipotentThe Tree is cute, but it's really not going to do anything in terms of winning you the game. It might kill one opponent once every other game, but that's the most use you're going to get out of it. Arcanis is great no matter what he's doing. He can be a target in hand or in grave for your commander, or getting you more targets by letting you draw a crap ton of cards.

Everflowing Chalice - > FireballIf you exile the Chalice with Mairsil, you don't get to pay for the multikicker, because Wizards hates you. Instead, I'd run Fireball so I have somewhere to dump infinite mana and win the game.

Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver - > Gilded LotusYou can't hit Ashiok with Mairsil, and Ashiok's abilities specify opponent, so they're basically a Dimir Value Card. In a deck that wants to be playing combos, what that really means is that you have a filler card. You mentioned to me that you wanted to get infinite mana with Mairsil, Deadeye, and Gilded Lotus because that's technically possible here so long as you have a creature to pair the soulbond with. However, Gilded Lotus isn't actually on your list, so the filler spot is filled.

Dack Fayden - > Trading PostThe reasons for cutting Ashiok applies to Dack. Trading Post is a fabulous target for Mairsil and just does work.

Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh - > Torment of HailfireSee reasons for cutting Ashiok. See reasons for adding Fireball.

Painful Quandary - > Peregrine DrakePainful Quandary is... interesting. Personally, I love it. It brings me back. I used to have a 60-card deck that ran Waste Not, Painful Quandary, Megrim, and Liliana's Caress, and it was hella busted. However, like the Planeswalkers, it really feels like a filler card, and you ain't got time for that. Peregrine Drake gets you infinite mana with Deadeye.

Grindstone - > Great WhaleThis one I'm back and forth on. If you really like Grindstone, keep it and cut Palinchron instead. Both the Pali and Great Whale get you infinite mana with Deadeye, but one is significantly cheaper money-wise. The reason I'm not sure you should play Grindstone is that in a three color deck, the likelihood you're ever going to hit two cards of the same color in a row is very, very small. Each individual card in the 99 has a 1/4 chance of being any given color or colorless. If they're both lands or both artifacts, since Grindstone says that the cards have to share a color, then it doesn't count. The card is more money than it's worth for you, so I think you would rather play Great Whale and at least increase your shot at hitting infinite mana so you can do fun shenanigans.

If you're wanting to go hard combo, I would also cut Mind Funeral and Mind Grind for more tutor spells/effects. Increasing Ambition, Rune-Scarred Demon, Diabolic Tutor all come to mind. Another infinite combo that you can get is Gravecrawler + Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Phyrexian Altar but that's a bit more money (about $65 total).

Okay, I'm gonna wrap this up because TappedOut is making my computer lag. Short version: this is a cool idea but I think it needs a little tuning.
