At first glance I thought this was lovely jank, but this is actually kinda crazy with all the lords and anthems. It's like slivers without the slivers (and it's actually the Gemhide Sliver you have that made me realize that lol). It would definitely be fun to pilot, and it's pretty fair to boot so no complaining when you win. ;^)

One thing I would recommend is adding in a lot more ramp through rocks. Your lands are good, but you really need to be able accelerate your mana in order to be able to consistently put your lads out on the field. Perhaps you could take out some of your more innocuous changelings like Impostor of the Sixth Pride, Universal Automaton, and Woodland Changeling in favor of more mana rocks, because realistically you probably don't want to be drawing a basic changeling that doesn't do much on its own. You'd probably much rather draw something like a Sol Ring, or even a Fellwar Stone since you're running 5 colors anyway (you would still need more than just these 2). You'll also probably want more stack interaction through counterspells or cards like Veil of Summer just to make sure your important spells and your commander actually make it onto the field. You might get one game where people underestimate the value you can get out of your commander, but after that people probably aren't going to let you play him without some resistance.

Also, allow me to introduce something potentially degenerate yet fair into this deck that might make it pretty fun if you can build around it. Haakon, Stromgald Scourge, if you were to somehow work out a way of consistently finding him, discarding him, and then protecting him, could make this deck very silly lol. Haakon, Stromgald Scourge + Nameless Inversion itself is a pretty good combo, but imagine recurring everything in your deck constantly with a bunch of ETB lol triggers going off every time you do it. If you could streamline that and protect your important combo pieces people wouldn't know if they should hate you because of the unfair value you're getting, or love you because of the nonsense you've managed to pull off. JUST an idea.

I really do love this deck. I had never considered changelings with Reaper King, I don't know why. You've inspired me. :^)

Hey, maybe I'm just dumb, but could you explain to me how the Haakon, Stromgald Scourge + Nameless Inversion combo works? I looked through your comments and updates and couldn't find anything. How is it infinite? What is the purpose of it, (Other than creating 2/2 tokens?) I appreciate the help.
