Enchant Niv-Mizzet with the Helm and draw a card; this causes Niv-Mizzet to deal damage (must be to an opponent), thus triggering the Helm, causing you to draw. Technically not infinite, as its limited by the amount of cards in your deck, but it can be stopped by hitting a creature instead of an opponent (even himself).
