I'd still cut Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker and Griselbrand even.

As for the manabase you want a few more basics and only 5 shock lands. You'd want more fetches instead.

Also if you are running Inquisition of Kozilek + Thoughtseize you want 5-7 of those cards and no Gitaxian Probe or all 4 Gitaxian Probe and no discard.Don't do both choose one or the other.

Also you should run full 4 Lightning Bolt + Serum Visions and cut the Rift Bolt.

Also Snapcaster Mage excels in decks like this as does Young Pyromancer

I really like this deck brew! I have been playing the budget version of the staple Simic infect but I have always loved playing deck with black in it. Just at first glance I would say that this deck is about a turn or two slower than its Simic cousin (partly because it doesn't have Apostle's Blessing, which still has a home in this deck) but what it loses in speed it makes up for in disruption with Inquisition of Kozilek + Thoughtseize which i LOVE!
