This combo generates infinite:
- Mana (any color your nonland mana sources can produce)
- Cast triggers
- Tap and untaps.
Note: This combo requires one or more nonland permanent(s) that taps for 3+ mana
Steps:
- Play Isochron Scepter and exile Dramatic Reversal.
- Tap any nonland mana source(s) to produce 3 or more mana.
- Pay 2 of that mana to tap Isochron Scepter and cast the copy of Dramatic Reversal.
- When Dramatic Reversal is cast, untap Isochron Scepter and your nonland mana sources.
- Repeat steps 2 to 4.

Dramatic Scepter combo (Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter ) could be a wincon with the already present Professor Onyx, Guttersnipe, Kessig Flamebreather, Lambholt Raconteur Flip, Ovika, Enigma Goliath, or Fiery Inscription.

jamochawoke The reason for the Hermetic Study and Psionic Gift are because they combo well with Mind Over Matter and the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo.

The most effective combo line for this deck is Chromatic Orrery + Filigree Sages . Infinite Blue* mana and you draw your library to finish everyone off with something like Walking Ballista. Alternatively, My Arcum list also uses Karn, the Great Creator + Mycosynth Lattice to lock people out of lands or Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter for infinite mana/untaps with many mana rocks.

TheoryCrafter Thank you for the suggestions! I am going to add Planar Void and Dauthi Voidwalker to address graveyard strategies. I love Leyline of the Void but to me it seems risky for the times I can't cast it for free, 4 mana is a big ask. Similarly with those counter spells, to me the mill effect is not worth keeping 3 mana up. My goal is to keep all interaction to 1 mana (or free) if possible, 2 where necessary. If this were a 1v1 format then I would definitely be running all 3 of them.
Also, Mind Grind is definitely going in, thanks for that.
With lands/ramp, the amount of rocks is so that I can make sure I can get Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter online consistently. I do like your land suggestions but I am trying to avoid untapped lands. I need to playtest and decide if the landfall value for Ruin Crab is worth having lands come in untapped, that 1 mana could be a counter spell I can't cast or an attacking creature I can't destroy/bounce, but I am going to toy around with it and see what has the most value.
I appreciate the input!

You can link cards by enclosing the name in double brackets. I'll do so here so that people can get an idea of the colors/strategies that these cards support.
Looking at this list I'd say the most cards you are going to fit into a single deck would be some sort of Nekusar force feed deck with Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter in it. This would let you run Scalding Tarn, Valakut Awakening Flip, Takenuma, Abandoned Mire, Tergrid, God of Fright Flip, and Isochron Scepter. It definitely wouldn't be the most powerful Nekusar deck, but it would let you run the maximum number of the listed cards IMO.

The_War_Mammoth Simic or blue/green have a lot of low cost synergies and combos that go for easy wins like taking turns or Birthing Pod strategies. But if you enjoy stax and control then I highly recommend Urza, Lord High Artificer he has strong synergy with cards like Winter Orb, Static Orb, Trinisphere and Back to Basics. To win with him you assemble infinate mana through a couple different options Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter , Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth , Grim Monolith + Power Artifact or Basalt Monolith this let's you draw your deck with his ability and traditionally you use Thassa's Oracle or Laboratory Maniac to end it. Being in blue also gives you access to counterspells which is where most of you control will come from. Some of the artifacts and combo pieces may be expensive for him though, but another option though in 3 colors is Zur the Enchanter he let's you play a spell for free when he hits letting you grab Stasis, Rule of Law or Spirit of the Labyrinth to punish opponents winning involves swinging zur until you kill each opponent with coleander damage. Also you can run Necropotence to draw your deck out and win via Thassa's Oracle, obviously he is in blue so counter spells will go a long way to control your opponents.

Forsaken Monument is another 2 card combo with Basalt Monolith to go infinite. More efficient than Rings of Brighthearth and 2 card combo unlike Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter

Have you considered Mind's Desire? With Tidespout Tyrant on the battlefield, you can bounce two 0-drop artifacts (e.g Mana Crypt and Mox Opal) to create an infinite storm count, then cast your entire deck. You wouldn't need the Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter combo.
