I like where you're going with this, but I have some recommendations. I will try to keep within budget restrictions.

As I suggested in your forum post regarding win conditions, I would put a Comet Storm in the deck. It's a useful card in general, but would also go great with some infinite mana combos. Some budget options for that are Dross Scorpion + Krark-Clan Ironworks plus the Myr Turbine you're already running. Another good one is Krark-Clan Ironworks + Nim Deathmantle + any create that produces two or more tokens like Pentavus or Precursor Golem. All the cards I suggested are also useful on their own, so they're not dead draws until you combo out.

Clock of Omens is cheap $ and also super useful, so I would try to find a spot for that in here. Unwinding Clock is a little on the higher side for price, but worth considering with your staying tapped mana rocks and the shenanigans you can pull with Kuldotha Forgemaster. Deal Broker seems like a better Jalum Tome. These cards may not be win conditions, but they can get you to that point much quicker.

Planar Portal should be upgraded to the mainboard if you're looking for a tutor. isn't that bad to pay to tutor any card, because you shouldn't really be hard casting this unless you're going infinite. I would also add Ring of Three Wishes, and would actually put that in before the portal since it's cheaper and three tutors should win you the game, or get your really close to it.

Maybe consider some wheel effects too, like Reforge the Soul or Magus of the Wheel. They're awesome with Alhammarret's Archive!

It's fun trying to think about Daretti with budget in mind. I hope you have as much fun with your deck as I do with mine!

Depends on what you're looking for here, but are some that I use:

Darksteel Forge + Mycosynth Lattice + Nevinyrral's Disk : Repeatable blow up your opponents' entire boards.
Mycosynth Lattice + Vandalblast : Blow up opponents boards.
Karn, Silver Golem + Mycosynth Lattice : Blow up lands for .
Metalworker + Staff of Domination + 3+ artifacts in hand: Infinite mana, life, creature tap/untaps and draw your deck.
Krark-Clan Ironworks + Nim Deathmantle + any creature that creates 2 or more tokens: Infinite mana and tokens. Use with Wurmcoil Engine, Precursor Golem, Pentavus, etc.
Arcbound Ravager + Dross Scorpion + Myr Turbine : Infinitely large Arcbound Ravager.
Rings of Brighthearth + anything really - Just so good with so many things. If you have infinite mana combos, you're probably already running it, but it's also great with stuff like Memory Jar/Magus of the Wheel to see more cards and fill the yard and Burnished Hart for serious ramp. Also awesome with the tutor effects from Kuldotha Forgemaster, Ring of Three Wishes and Planar Portal.

Don't discount having too many infinite mana combos. They feed your wheel effects and expensive tutors so you can assemble your game-ending combo. Also nice to take someone out outta nowhere with a Steel Hellkite :)
