Nekusar is a lot of fun as a commander, and more powerful than I think people realize. If I may suggest, look into Mind Over Matter It can trigger an infinite group draw combo with Mind Over Matter + Nekusar, the Mindrazer + Otherworld Atlas as long as you have three cards in hand. Discard two cards to pump up Otherworld Atlas, discard the last card to make everyone draw two cards, discard to pump, discard and everyone draws three, rinse and repeat until everyone dies.

MrIzzetMage I left you a message about your deck. I'm thinking if I see anything that could be fun for you to add to it. One card that few people really consider is Stormtide Leviathan. If you can give it Darksteel Plate and Whispersilk Cloak or Lightning Greaves most people won't be able to attack you. Makes for some really good defense.

This is my most expensive deck today. You can have all the cards you want for a price. My favorite part of this deck is Mind Over Matter + Nekusar, the Mindrazer + Otherworld Atlas . As long as you have at least three cards in hand, you win.
