I would recommend 3 Black Vise more instead of the 3 Jace, the Mind Sculptor. At least against burn decks, becasue this card and the second ability of Ral Zarek are your only way of dealing damage. It's true that Jace's last ability is a finisher, but you would like to play Ral Zarek + Stasis ASAP to control the board, so I think you can never play Jace after that. It's true that you can play it before, but it can be too late for your later combo. With 2 or 3 Black Vise on the board plus your combo, it's 6-9 damage per turn.
