Wait, my mistake. I CAN get lethal on everyone.

• Do the first 11 steps as stated before
• Instead of digging for all those cards I literally only need Ugin, the Spirit Dragon and Strionic Resonator
• Play Ugin and Resonator
• +2 Ugin and use Rings of Brighthearth + Strionic Resonator with infinite mana and untaps to make unlimited Rings triggers (more accurately, I need 41 copies plus the original activation)
• Everybody dies as the stack resolves

I have a bad habit of overcomplicating things sometimes. This is far simpler.

littlered: the only other card that I can think of right now is Staff of Domination. However, for that, you'll definitely need excess mana. To get excess mana for your color is quite simple. Cabal Coffers + Doubling Cube + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth or Rings of Brighthearth + Strionic Resonator to copy abilities or Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron
