This combo generates infinite:
- Mana (any color you have available)
- ETB triggers
- Death/LTB triggers
Other variations replace Animate Dead with Dance of the Dead or Necromancy.
Steps:
- Have Worldgorger Dragon in your graveyard and Animate Dead in your hand.
- Cast Animate Dead, targeting Worldgorger Dragon.
- Worldgorger Dragon enters the battlefield, causing it to exile all other permanents you control.
- Animate Dead gets exiled along with all your other permanents.
- Animate Dead's LTB ability triggers, sacrificing Worldgorger Dragon.
- All permanents exiled with Worldgorger Dragon enter the battlefield.
- Target Worldgorger Dragon with Animate Dead, have this ability stay on the stack and in response, tap all lands you control and activate any abilities of permanents you control.
- Let everything resolve.
- Repeat steps 3-8.
Note 1: Creatures entering the battlefield from exile have summoning sickness, so you cannot activate tap abilities of creatures that don't have haste.
Note 2: This combo is an unstoppable looping combo. What this means is that this combo will force the game to a draw as it will forever continue its iterations. The only way to stop it is to meet the following criteria:
- Counter the abilities or Animate Dead when it is a spell.
- Remove Worldgorger Dragon in response to its ETB ability.
- Have another creature in any graveyard.
- Call a judge and ask what to do if the above cannot be met.

@ellie-is Thank you for the comment!
While Niv-Mizzet, Parun is definitely a cooler and in most cases stronger card than the two variants of him I chose, I think the other two provide more combo potential in this particular deck.
Niv-Mizzet, Dracogenius is really just a mana sink I can tutor onto the field at any given time with Scion. I never really want to actually cast him and use him for board presence. He's just there to give me an easily accessible wincon if I assemble my Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon combo.
I chose Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind over Parun because Firemind can initiate the Curiosity infinite himself without the aid of an additional card, which is nice when I'm again just picking him out of my deck with Scion when I need him. Like Dracogenius, I don't even want to be casting Firemind or using him to generate long term value on the field. I only want to see him when I'm capable of using him.
The only reason I didn't include Parun is because I likely wouldn't have an easy time hard casting him due to his intensive cost, and if I tutored him out with Scion I would need to have in hand and be able cast to instant or a sorcery immediately to kick off the combo. I do honestly like Parun more as a card though. If the Niv-Mizzet strat turns out to be more impactful than I expected then I might consider adding him in alongside Dracogenius and Firemind and just running allll the Izzet Nivs for the hell of it.
I appreciate the suggestion! I'm always grateful for feedback. :^)

Some combos you should consider:
-
Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon = infinite mana
-
Godo, Bandit Warlord + Helm of the Host = infinite combat/ damage (do not do this with Gwyn out)
-
Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame = infinite Dualcaster Mages w/ haste
-
Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts = infinite copies
-
Combat Celebrant + Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker = infinite copies

UPDATE: Still trying to cut a deck w/ Reanimator, Discard, & Sacrifice elements; a 3 for 1 if need be.
Right now, I dunno how to try & find what cuts to put in/what to replace; & a lot of good cards are currently in the Maybeboard. I do want this to be Reanimator based, Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon (Worldgorge Win.) Hell's Caretaker , Everyone Discard like mad Waste Not , Bone Miser , among other effects, & Sacrifice for effects more beneficial to you, than your foes; likely resulting to benefitting from your other cards in exchange for Sidisi, Undead Vizier , Razaketh, the Foulblooded , even Doomed Necromancer ! Some are hybrids of 2/3 of these effects; Maybe all 3!
So I'll ask again. What would you cut, and what to replace? Saying "Add" doesn't seem to be necessary anymore.
Yep, I'm on a status where I do want help again. I'll see what else to do about my CHAOS deck, but this is also important currently.
Thank you for responding (If so...)! :D

@GhostChieftain: Well, now I've a Wincon. Kiki-Jiki/Zealous & Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon . 18 cards to cut though, & Worldgorge-Win is a risky Wincon as a result. & I've only Drain Life Effects that DON'T Damage & Altar of the Brood for mill. I actually wanted a 3rd option for ETB/LTB Effects. & is just as untargetable & unstoppable. I mean, Worldgorger-Win should literally be like eating a whole Plane of Existence all at once. Wasn't that why it was banned? So, do you any ideas for that?
Also, in regards to Outvaluing, you initially stated something about that as (Previously...) the only wincon. What cards do you think wouldn't pull it's weight here? I mean as it is: Discard Master of Cruelties , cast it from the grave with Chainer #2 , it gets haste from recursion, & Swing, No damage is dealt, but the opponent in question has 1 life left. That's not outvaluing, much less Hatebear (That's Mogis, God of Slaughter 's Job.). That's a lot of value for such cards from the grave.
But I'd like your thoughts on this:
1: What Outvaluing cards do you think are pushing Weight is opposed to Pulling it?
2: Any Target Proof ETB/LTB Effects Besides Life Drain/Life Loss, Mill that is good here?
& while I'm at it...
EX: Any effects in Rakdos that counter-negates ETB/LTB/Death Triggers?
So far, I've found none. So I'm leaving Question EX as an optional question.
Any opinions in addition to Adds/Cuts?

UPDATE: I need 23 cards cut for the strict amount of 100. However, this time around, there will be new rules exclusive to this deck for chopping:
1: Key pieces will not be cut regardless of Binary Speech or any kind of Tongue, verbal, physical, data, or some fourth way that doesn't exist. The Key pieces are:
- Riftsweeper
- Runic Repetition
- Pull from Eternity
- Squee, the Immortal , Misthollow Griffin , Eternal Scourge , & Food Chain
- Necropotence & Bag of Holding
- Torrent Elemental
- Void Maw
- Any card w/ Flashback that is especially great here.
2: I actually need some ideas for an Exile Based Doomsday Package; & all while keeping this balanced.
3: I actually wanted to revise the Landbase; Not for the 10/10/10 method, or the one I already presently have here, but from a way that I actually have not used at least twice now for Five Color.
4: I dunno if it'll work, but how does Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon work? Or is there a combo that fits this deck's purpose moreso; Exiling powerful cards just to bring them back through means of Exile Retrieval.
5: Not all the Flashback cards are good, I can acknowledge this for sure. So what aren't pulling their weight?
And that's it, actually. I'll add a Dragon, & a Maw after this post. I just need a combo for Worldgorger Dragon that complements this deck's themes, & the Doomsday Package centering on pure exile. Now I have one more job to do...

If you want Xantcha top be your Win-Con you might need one more piece. Elixir of Immortality or any of the legendary Eldrazi should keep you from decking yourself. Especially if you take out the blue player first.
I can dig the Piranha Marsh combo. It looks harder to stop with most lockout combos or counters than Xantcha or Torment of Hailfire
I see two infinite combos. Animate Dead + Worldgorger Dragon and Sands of Time + Strionic Resonator . Am I missing another?
I feel there's another infinite mana combo using Paradox Engine and Squee, the Immortal or Endless Cockroaches with the parts you already have.

It'd be interesting to run an enchantress package with the number of enchantments you have. Cut some fat dragons/bad enchantments and artifacts for:
- Argothian Enchantress / Mesa Enchantress / Verduran Enchantress / Enchantress's Presence / (maybe) Femeref Enchantress
- Mirari's Wake or Dictate of Karametra or Heartbeat of Spring (or Zhur-Taa Ancient or Overabundance if you're edgy)
- Burgeoning + Exploration + (maybe) Manabond
Otherwise I'd run the most color-useful signets for fixing and Fellwar Stone. Amulet of Vigor if you really want to keep running taplands. Commander's Sphere and Darksteel Ingot are pretty mediocre. Don't know about Herald’s Horn.
Cut the tri-lands for checklands like Dragonskull Summit? Or maybe a heftier reanimator (ie: Reanimate) package to cheat dragons in.
Cheater effects:
Dorks to consider:
- In : Fyndhorn Elves / Elvish Mystic / Arbor Elf
- In : Orcish Lumberjack
- In : Soldevi Adnate (meh)
Topdeck Ramp:
On theme and maybe useful:
- Dragonmaster Outcast
- Balefire Dragon
- Dragonlord Dromoka / Dragonlord Silumgar / Dragonlord Ojutai
- Kokusho, the Evening Star
- Mirrorwing Dragon
- Thundermaw Hellkite
- Kargan Dragonlord (just a neat card)
