1x Force Spike (Out in favour of Mana Tithe in, same effect except that Blue is overrepresented, really. I like giving white decks that element of surprise)
1x Stubborn Denial (Same reason as Force Spike, it's also a low(er) impact counter and I've got enough as it is.)
1x Duskmantle, House of Shadow (Too slow for the reanimation deck/self mill plan, not a good enough Winton. Rather run a colored source with an upside)

Parallax Wave - fun with the blink theme
Opalescence - I like this card and it is a good build around me, opens up a lot of alleyways
Idyllic Tutor - good if we're going the Opalescence route, and it would help create an Enchantment-matters archetype.
Omniscience - Fun combo piece, plus:
Replenish - takes some work looting and rummaging, but if you get it to work with the Opalescence plan, wouldn't this be a fun combo deck?
Demonic Tutor (from JIAB) - Easy pull from the deck it's currently in, plus it's good consistency.

Karn, Scion of Urza (from Uumbo, easy cut for some other card draw)

Tezzeret the Seeker (from Uumbo, is it needed / does the cube support this)

Emry, Lurker of the Loch (from Uumbo, would be fun)

Mindslaver (from Uumbo, in combo with Emry and/or Academy Ruins)

Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre - I'm not sure that I want the Eldrazi lords in here, same with Kozilek. I think it's probably more fun to have Channel targets that are not too insanely powerful, and that Brain Freeze can actually work as intended. It's probably hard enough to draft the storm deck already ;)

Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger - more fun as a Channel target? Also works as a reanimation target. Can this just be Bale of Bala Ged or something instead, or does that not... feel the same?

Birthing Pod (from Saffi, is it needed there, and would it be fun in the cube? Should check the curve)

Glissa, the Traitor *oversized* - Fun build around me / good in an agressive Jund-like shell, or just sort of a 'meh' B/G version of Brimaz and similar things?

Progenitus - if I can pick up a Natural Order on the cheap somewhere? Other combo ideas with this?

Blightsteel Colossus (from Rusted MUD) - I want to pick up Tinker anyway, and I have Shape Anew in the cube. I think it's more interesting to keep Tinker out maybe, and keep this as a Polymorph / Shape Anew sort of combo deal. This isn't MTGO vintage cube. (even tho Tinker is relatively cheap, money-wise)

WANTS

Recurring Nightmare - I love this card and it'd be fun to have for a good value like deck. Probably want to grab a gold bordered version on the cheap.

Buried Alive - I think it's not super expensive money wise? And it's fun for the slower version of Reanimator decks that I do want to facilitate. (Tho, I don't want a t-1 reanimator deck)

Entomb - I don't think I have one of these anymore, and it's interesting because it's any card. But, only picking it up if it's cheap.

Polymorph - I can't find it and it's 40c. This is more fun than Channel or Tinker if I can make the token theme work.

Tinker - I saw it's only 4 bucks anyway, so why not at least pick it up. I can always power down the top end.

Jeskai Ascendancy - fun card, good to play around with. Still needs some work to actually be a combo piece, if not, just a good looter and can assist Goblinslide-type decks.

Nahiri, the Lithomancer - looter, good for the color pie to have that effect in these colors. Also good as an alternative to Channel and Polymorph decks, cheaper to buy than Sneak Attack money-wise.

Faerie Impostor - Guess this was in for a blink / etb theme? Not repeatable, would rather have something that can bounce each turn. Swap with Closet?
Artificer's Assistant / Aetherium Sculpter - Multiple of this effect, do we need that if we're not trying to make the Jhoira deck work?
Prognostic Sphinx just, there's better top ends and the cube is blue heavy as it is. I could see keeping this as a worse version of Consecrated Sphinx, which is in an EDH deck.
Loyal Sentry - why is this in, for a control deck, or for an aggro deck? Fun card, not sure if it serves a purpose
Omenspeaker already have Sea Gate Oracle and Augur of Bolas in
Claustrophobia - There's better removal, also in Blue
