Chefs, you have before you Conspiracy: Take the Crown minus the cards that can't be played virtually with a draft sim. Download the list, upload to your favorite draft sim, and build decks for Cockatrice (or however you play online).
The following draft interaction cards were cut:
This was tricky, because unlike Conspiracy there's only one card that strictly can't be used in most draft sims.
Archdemon of Paliano almost didn't make the cut (find him in the honor system exemptions below), but I decided that among friends, the random draft aspect should work fine with a die or the draft sim's built-in card picker—if you're okay with every pick that pack going to time.
Animus of Predation I was really back and forth on, because on the one hand its effect is technically doable virtually where the honor system applies, but on the other hand I cut Cogwork Grinder from the Conspiracy cube for basically the same crime of having you remove certain cards from your pool as you draft them. In the end I decided that Animus 1) is green and automatically won't make it into as many decks as the colorless Grinder, and 2) the cards you remove from the draft with Animus are more identifiable than cards removed with Grinder (ie. creatures with keywords vs. any card). That all said,,, I'm open to removing Animus if play data points in that direction.
And finally, although it's only one card, I wanted to replace Leovold's Operative with as similar a card as possible to maintain color balance at common. I settled on Jungle Wayfinder, which is also a common 3-drop elf with 3 power, and has a fun multiplayer effect to make up for the loss of a green draft interaction card.
Now then: just as with the Conspiracy cube, if for whatever reason you don't have a means of recording hidden agendas or you don't trust your draft pod to play a fair, casual free-for-all game, you'll want to also cut the following cards:
On the whole, I applaud Conspiracy: Take the Crown for pushing the draft interaction cards in a new direction that works much better virtually!
