Intended Draft Setup =============== 5 packs of 14 is the correct way to draft 60-card decks (plus commander) from it.

First-Pack Mulligan Rule ============ Commanders are mixed in with the other cards, but in paper at least we let you shuffle your first pack into the cube and draw a new one until that pack has at least one multicolored legendary creature in it (though statistically, commanders have an as-fan above 1.). This rule helps offset the issue of needing to draft within color identity.

Custom Commanders ============ Several of the commanders in the list are replaced by homebrew commanders in my own paper list, because at the time I started this cube some color combinations just didn't have many good-in-cube commanders to work with. The cube also wants commanders to be stronger than Wizards does--in Constructed commander play, your commander reduces the variance of your overall games and makes them play out more similarly. In cube commander, if the commanders are strong enough to merit it and in some way care about some subset of cards more than others, each commander can be its own draft archetype, making each draft game feel radically different. My homebrew commanders are only balanced for play in this cube (each had at least three playtest games with me with their exact current text where I saw no issues); some would unquestionably be broken in constructed, but are not within the cube's limited cardpool and EDH format.
