The way I draft this cube IRL is to create packs with 15 cards each.
The best way to do this is to first shuffle the artifact pile and the multicolored pile together. That new pile is 120 cards. Keep all of the other piles separated (the white, blue, black, red, green, and non-basic lands piles).
Then construct the packs like this:
2x white
2x blue
2x black
2x red
2x green
4x artifacts-colorless-multicolored
1x non-basic land
