One teenie little problem with your suggestions... Fate Reforged draft didn't include Dragons of Tarkir. Thought about it, but decided on keeping with the format. The only thing different is I included an extra rare and uncommon slot.
Mentor I didn't include because $20(CAD$) for 1 card is a bit steep for me. Maybe in the future if I acquire one through trade. Trying to maintain a balance between clans, mentor also kinda felt like it was tipping the scale abit.
In Khans/Fate there are 3 walkers; Sorin, Sarkhan, and Ugin, the latter of which is another budgetary/power level exclude. Again though, they don't encompass all the colors so I feel they would give unfair advantage to the clans that can use them.
Hardened Scales was a tough one... Must of spent I don't know how long debating it's place in all this. I have it off the the side still even. With outlast and bolster, again its a power thing. Abzans got Siege Rhino already, another one I was reluctant on, because if I remember correctly in this particular draft format, Abzan was 'King of the Ring'.
I do have all the Charms, Ascendancies, and Banners, as well as 4/5 original Khans. Shu Yun has stepped in for Narset because she's just not as fabulous in a draft.
Adding #Clans for organization could work, maybe also some other important topics like Removal and Card Advantage.
Thanks for the feedback, feel free to post your rebuttal if you do not agree or otherwise, I do not mind. I will have to take a look at yours tomorrow as it is late, but I most definitely will.

Ah, sorry. I read your (KTK/KTK/FRF) as a DTK somewhere in there.
Yeah, I can see your cube is to produce more of an authentic draft experience (which is awesome!) I did read that KTK and DTK are technically not supposed to be drafted together, so I can see why you did that here. The mechanics are all slightly different, but quite similar at the same time (I mean look at ferocious versus formidable). I'm still working on balancing my cube, I need to do some larger ones and catalog if any clans are ever doing the best. (My guess currently is that sultai is pretty sucky). There are a total of 0 PWs in Sultai colors, only now do I realize.
Certainly, custom categories can all go a long way. I have a lot of work to do, potentially.
BTW, do you know your average CMC? Mine is 3.60, I don't know where most cubes are at for the most part.
Thanks, and good luck

Avg cmc right now is 3.4. A lot of the cuts I made in creation were high cost cards as well. There are still some, mostly the Delve cards, dragons, and multicolors are the higher ups.

Do you have the 20 enemy-colored cards from KTK/FRF? In each set of 4 there is 1 common, 2 uncommons, 1 rare (common is from FRF, rest from KTK).
R/W: Highspire Mantis, Ride Down, Deflecting Palm, War Flare
G/B: Death Frenzy, Kin-Tree Invocation, Rakshasa Deathdealer, Grim Contest
U/G: Icefeather Aven, Secret Plans, Sagu Mauler, Ethereal Ambush
R/U: Winterflame, Master the Way, Mindswipe, Cunning Strike
W/B: Chief of the Edge, Chief of the Scale, Utter End, Harsh Sustenance.
There is also the cycle of the 6-costed KTK Commons with a morph for 5 mana. Ponyback Brigade, Abomination of Gudul, 1 for every other clan.
Hope I could help show you some more cycles.

I do, not all included though. Most of then are, all but 3 actually. Death dealer, plans, and chief of scales.

There's actually a whole list of each cycle on each set's wiki page, I've found it very helpful. My cube runs all but 3-4 of them (or will, once I get more cards). Yours, I am sure, will be slightly different though.

Hey there, I have a tarkir cube as well. For some custom categories I would suggest adding stuff for each clan. I am still working on some of my dual-colored ones, deciding whether or not just to put them in #Multicolored or #Jeskai or something like that. For instance, Cunning Breezedancer could go into Jeskai, or Multicolored (enemy, dual colored cards such as Death Frenzy would go into both Sultai and Abzan).
My cube is 360, I'll try to give you some suggestions.
-Monastery Mentor+Strongarm Monk is an amazing combo, especially paired with something like Great Teacher's Decree. (I recently traded for one, and it's awesome)
-I personally have added the planeswalkers (so far only the two sarkhans, budget yay), I don't think they're uneven as black is the only color that only has one PW, all the rest have 2, I believe. (Narset, Sorin, Ugin, Sarkhan Dragonspeaker, Sarkhan Unbroken).
-My cube is personally not ratioed into pre-set packs (like 2R/M, 4U, etc.) but I like it here, great job on that!
-Only now I realize that your cube is not singleton! Interesting, another difference from mine.
-I would also recommend checking the tarkir wiki page(s) to find all the megacycles of cards (such as the 5 megamorph dragons (Herdchaser Dragon, the 5 megamorph 2 mana creatures (Hidden Dragonslayer Den Protector), also the regents (Thunderbreak Regent), you get the point. Also all the khans if you don't have them (the cycles from FRF) with Tasigur, the Golden Fang, Yasova Dragonclaw, Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest, etc. So check out the cycles for sure, if you haven't already.
-Hardened Scales, as well.
-Lastly, make sure you have all the charms, ascendancies, and banners for each clan. (I didn't check if you did, sorry lol).
I hope I could help, I'd be happy to offer any more sinsight!
Here's my cube, if you would like to take a look.
