Disclaimer, very very very casual, not trying to do anything special here just having fun

Inspired by the classic Penny Dreadful MTGO format... but in paper! All cards have at least one version on TCGPlayer market place price 2 cents or less. I'll update the cube and take literally any suggestion as time goes on because I know others have been trying to make this work for forever and the issue that "why don't you just play dreadful on MTGO" has a simple answer, some people own macs and have to run jank emulators to play at 3 fps. So I'd much rather get a group of friends together and play with some dogsh*t cards.

Again very casual, not looking for hate, just trying to share in case anyone else wants to have a concise list of the penny cards in paper :)
