If a card was printed at one rarity, then printed at a lower or higher rarity later on, It will count as the lowest rarity said card has been printed as. In the case of test cards, they count as Rares by default due to how, well Rare they are in real life. Not many anyway. I reserve the right to sometimes choose to make a card a higher rarity. For example: Oblivion Ring in this cube is considered uncommon despite having been printed as common in the past.
