I like how the estimated price for this deck is a thousand dollars off of what it was when it was posted as an edh deck. Identical decklist, same website... broken calculator?

Reweave out, Crystal Shard in.

Instant > Sorcery.

Playable Artifact > Ne'er-drafted 6-mana pseudoremoval/crapshoot.

Changes:

card:Altar's Light out; Return to Dust in. Strictly better.

Naturalize out, Overrun out; Fastbond in, Oracle of Mul Daya in. There is enough artifact/enchantment hate already, and there are rarely enough creatures in play to make a GGG pump spell viable.

Hideous Laughter out; Decree of Pain in. Cycling for same effect, only paying one mana more, with the option to pay double (the cost of laughter) and do TONS more? Yes, please!

Into the Roil out, Phantasmal Bear out, Negate out, Remove Soul out; Dream Halls in, Windfall in, Frantic Search in, card:Mind's Desire in. Conditional counters aren't exciting. Neither is a bounce spell that can't hit lands. The bear isn't leaving for any good reason, it was just at the top of the "weaker cards in blue" pile.

Mogg Flunkies out; Squee, Goblin Nabob in. The flunkies are leaving for the same reason as the overrun: it's just too hard to get a gang of creatures out on a consistent basis. Squee is coming in because he's a great enabler. Everyone likes a reusable chump blocker, too.

Chaos Warp out; Wheel of Fortune in. The warp is "cute" but that's about it. This cube is intended to lean more toward powerful things.

Relic of Progenitus out; card:Lion's Eye Diamond in. I thought long and hard about whether to remove the relic or the claws, and decided that the claws' ability to get a single specific card without harming your own 'yard seemed more suited to this cube.

Krosan Verge out; Hall of the Bandit Lord in. I wanted only one of each land that helped a specific color. The verge was putting the GW mana base above the others.

Dimir Machinations out; card:Yawgmoth's Will in. I'm sad to see the machinations go, but I wasn't able to readily cut anything else. I will most likely try to fit the card back in the cube at some point.

Druidic Satchel out, Loxodon Warhammer out; Tower of the Magistrate in, Winding Canyons in. Going from 54 artifacts and 46 lands to 52 and 48 does some good to the balance of things. The man-purse would never see play and the hammer was just too weak and slow (like your mom) compared to the other equipment.

Good updates overall. I will miss Loxodon Warhammer if only because it evoked my fond memories of Armadillo Cloak .

Changes:

Mtenda Lion out, Arbor Elf out; Sylvan Library in, Omnath, Locus of Mana in. The goal here is to make green more enticing. I think we took a step forward with these changes.

Soot Imp out; Cao Cao, Lord of Wei in. Heh. Such a mean card.

Destructive Force out, Kird Ape out; Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker in, Slith Firewalker in. Red already has a million explodey cards. Why not remove one in favor of the copy-monster?

Darksteel Axe out; Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre in. Because Proteus Staff needs more fuel!

Slith Ascendant out; Land Tax in. The Ascendant is pretty good and may see a return, I just needed to cut something white in favor of the tax.

Savage Twister out; Bloodbraid Elf in. The elf needed to be in the cube, and since G/R already had a soft board wipe in Firespout, I gave the ternayder the ax.

Planar Cleansing is coming out in favor of Mikaeus, the Lunarch. The change will be added once that card is available on tappedout.

Thanks to FTV:L, the physical card is already in the cube, whee!

Verdant Force out; Terastodon in. Both are creatures that can run away with a game, but the elephant does it more efficiently.

Suggestion - Mox Opal out; Black Vise in.

Enabling Metalcraft is a bit difficult with the number of artifacts present. The Vise is just good.

I do enjoy the Black Vise , but I can't remove the Mox Opal for it. The crapmox is an easy 10+ pick for the Tolarian Academy player or anyone playing with a few artifacts. Plus, the mox powers card:Mind's Desire and Temporal Fissure storm counts.

Plus, it has the word "mox" in it. That means it's good. Right, WOTC?

Proteus Staff out; Snapcaster Mage in. The staff is just too random and weak.

Worldpurge out; Geist of Saint Traft in. Color wheel breakers are always fun.

Green:

Carven Caryatid out; Ambush Viper in. I am a HUGE proponent of green kill spells.

Creeping Mold out; Bramblecrush in. The 'crush won't hit artifact creatures like the mold will, but other than that, we've got an upgrade.

Red:

Mark of Mutiny out; Act of Aggression in. Whee, "colorless" theft!

Fireball out; card:Devil's Play in. One double entendre for another. Sounds like a plan!

Black:

Black Knight out; Bloodgift Demon in. I wanted to remove all "specific color hosers" from the cube. The demon is just the backfill.

Vampire Lacerator out; Diregraf Ghoul in. Mostly an upgrade!

White:

White Knight out; Fiend Hunter in. The knight is headed home for the same reason as his nemesis.

Brown:

Basilisk Collar out; Pithing Needle in. There is plenty of equipment in the cube. The collar was just the weakest-looking one.

Hornet Queen out; Rampaging Baloths in. Nobody was drafting the queen, despite her efficacy. Baloths are much more attractive.

Wild Nacatl out; Chord of Calling in. The Nacatl isn't completely green, whereas the Chord is sooooooooooo cool.

Composite Golem out; Black Vise in. The Golem was only being drafted when the Deathmantle was already held. Not powerful enough by itself.

Mistral Charger out, Isamaru, Hound of Konda in. Meh.

I removed the two tri-color cards to keep the balance better and to make it a round x5 for the multicolor cards. This also let me move the colorless cards to x5.

I added one card of each color pair and I added in the enemy shocks.

As for the substitutions, I tried to take out the cards I never saw anyone playing and add in some cards that I thought would be played and maintain power with the rest of the cube.
