$15 Decks
I've recently started playing true "kitchen table" Magic again, and as a challenge to myself, and as a way of making buying singles and building decks more approachable for my playgroup, I decided I would try to build seriously powerful decks that I could put together for $10 or less (which works out to about $0.25 a card or so). This isn't a strict limit, and some of the decks will be a little over, or a little under, but the idea is to build decks that can be bought in their entirety (minus basic lands) for between $10 and $15.
