As I was updating my version of the age-old Guided By Nature precon, it occurred to me that Arwen, Weaver of Hope makes for a far more efficient Elves commander while also opening up a Counters subtheme. Since this isn't purely Elf tribal, some of the rather obvious inclusions for that archetype are omitted in order to support the Counters side of the equation. Feel free to experiment with shifting the balance to your liking. The deck is constructed along a deckbuilding checklist, so I tried to ensure there'd be enough of the essentials (card draw, removal, ramp, what have you). Built this for my wife, but even though I'm not the biggest Elves fan I'm honestly excited to see how it performs out in the wild. Enjoy!
