Choose to go second and start rolling from there. You're either discarding Phantasmagorian or one of your dredge creatures (such as Golgari Thug or Stinkweed Imp to start off. Serum Powder helps you get there.

Vengevine can be cast by playing 2 of any of the 0 mana creatures (such as Memnite or Ornithopter or you can use those and Mishra's Bauble to play Salvage Titan. Another way to summon Vengevine is to cast Hollow One and a 0 mana creature.

Street Wraith is an easy way to initiate dredge and can activate Hollow One. An easier way to activate Hollow One is a start with discarding Phantasmagorian.

Prized Amalgam, Narcomoeba, Salvage Titan, and Vengevine are the beat down cards while Creeping Chill can be some extra damage as well as beefing your own life total. Drawing is basically useless for you so dredging will be the easiest way to actually progress your board.

This deck straight loses to infect unless you get a perfect hand through sideboard and they don't have ANY responses. Infect is basically this decks only BIG weakness. While it CAN lose to many other decks, I think this actually stands a good chance in current meta if you learn to play it perfectly and around other plays/decks.

Obvious losing cards (as in what beats this deck entirely) would be any graveyard hate (like Tormod's Crypt/Leyline of the Void/Grafdigger's Cage).
