An UW control deck that relies on various ETB effects. Actually started out as a Lavinia EDH.

The commander:

Grand Arbiter Augustin IV is a great UW control commander because he both makes casting your own spells cheaper and increases the cost of your opponents' spells. Being able to cast most of your counterspells for UU can make a huge difference.

ETB creatures:

Archaeomancer - Brings back necessary instants and sorceries.

Deputy of Acquittals - Saves creatures from removal or just returns them to be cast again for more ETB fun.

Diluvian Primordial - Stealing spells from your opponents' graveyards is powerful and exiling them can often be a plus.

Draining Whelk - A repeatable counterspell that can turn into a nice, big beater.

Geist-Honored Monk - Can be used to create an army of flying tokens.

Lavinia of the Tenth - Locks down token armies and mana-producing artifacts, such as Sol Ring

Mulldrifter - Provides card draw on a body.

Sunblast Angel - A decent flying beater that can boardwipe. Comboes well with Blustersquall.

Twilight Shepherd - Saves your board from wraths.

Voidmage Husher - Can be used to shut down planeswalkers or other permanents with troublesome abilities.

Other creatures

AEtherling - A powerful and elusive beater.

Daxos of Meletis - In a format with big creature, Daxos often manages to avoid getting blocked. Provides some lifegain and an out to spells outside the deck's own colours.

Deadeye Navigator - The loved and hated blue blinking machine. Soulbond with an ETB creature and have fun.

Ephara, God of the Polis - This deck has creatures enter the battlefield all the time, and Ephara changes that to draw power.
